Hey everyone 📢

We are super happy that Elypse released 🎉

And with every release, comes stuff that breaks so here's the first patch of correctives from what you've been reporting 👀

Patch note:
- Visual bug during big platform elevator fixed
- Elevator reset bug fixed
- Tutorial input has been fixed
- Possibility to get out of the map in the Surface fixed

We will come back to you next week with another patch that concert more minor bugs like resolution issues reported.

[h3]Hot Chili Games, the team behind Elypse has poured everything they have into this project, from the beautifully crafted graphics to the hauntingly atmospheric soundtrack. And the story is truly something special. It's all about sacrifice, destiny, and fighting against the odds.

Elypse is an arduous 2D adventure, story rich platformer, in a mesmerising and mysterious world. In the game players take on the role of a female protagonist called Fay, chosen as the sacrifice to protect her people from the Abyss. But instead of taking it lying down, she chooses to fight back and search for a way to escape, possibly even saving everyone in the process.


Maxime Chaize​ (CEO & Game director): Keeping company and game's vision to make it fun and spicy.

Pierre-Louis Verguin​ (CTO & Game Programmer​): Working on development to create great games.​

Elliot Blazy​ (Game Programmer & Level Designer): Fighting through scripts to get clean game experiences.

Victor Mauduy​ (Artistic director & Animation): Designing worlds and characters to please your eyes.

Alexandre Framezelle​ (Game art & Technical art​​): Creating dope FX and shaders to enhance game's art.​

Lastly, for some context and a funny anecdote, the game Elypse used to be a student project that became into this cool game and a passion project for a small team of cool French developers. One of the game dev used to be an intern in the company which is now the publishing label for their debut title, believe it or not!
