The Yurukill: The Calumniation Games Original Soundtrack contains all 45 tracks featured in escape adventure and bullet hell shoot 'em up, Yurukill: The Calumniation Games, including background music and tracks featured in the game’s stage adaptation, Yurukill: The Calumniation Games the stage, which starred Hiroki Ino.

This complete soundtrack also features two singles: the game's main theme, "Black Innocence", sung by Saori Hayami in character as Rina Azami; the ending theme, "Onore ni Hanamuke" (A Parting Gift)", sung by Akari Kito in character as Izane Akegarasu; along with their respective karaoke and instrumental versions. All tracks were composed by Yuko Komiyama—known for her work as composer for the Monster Hunter series—and the main and ending themes feature lyrics from Noriko Fujimoto and strings arrangement by Tomomichi Takeoka.

Yurukill is based on an original story by Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler author, Homura Kawamoto and features a scenario by Hikaru Muno. The game’s shoot ‘em up sections were developed by G.rev.
