It really helps the algorithm recommend Sainthood to more players who might be searching for experiences like this.[/p][p]It would be amazing to reach 50 reviews before the end of the year![/p][p][/p][p]God bless,[/p][p]- Bisong.[/p][p][/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p]

Seal of Confession is now Sainthood: Confession

[p]Howdy folks! It's been a little quiet around here, so here's a fresh announcement! I've rebranded Seal of Confession and brought it under the Sainthood banner as Sainthood: Confession.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Why?[/p][p][/p][p]Because my mission is to build games that bring the super heroes of the faith, the saints, into modern consciousness, and so any future games I make that feature a "collection" of saints will be brought under the Sainthood banner.[/p][p][/p][p]So what's this game about?[/p][p][/p][p]Sainthood: Confessions is a poker-like deck builder about using poker hands to build and chain devastating combos with powerful synergies.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Poker-like Gameplay
[p]Build poker hands, bend the rules with saints and relics, and unleash holy combos. Find the perfect card synergies to bring absolution to souls with cinematic flair.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Unlock the saints
[p]Combine saints, relics, and blessings for powerful synergies.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
A Dance with Sin
[p]Watch out for SIN cards! They are functionally useless and only serve to clog your deck over time! You must purge them from your deck before they overwhelm you. I'm sure there's a real-life analogy here...[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Unique Bosses
[p]Face off against the 7 Deadly Sins that switch up the gameplay in challenging ways![/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Folk Horror Narrative
[p]Inspired by Heart of Darkness, and a true story my mother told me, the game unfolds through daily journal entries, encroaching dread, and a deadly final confrontation.[/p]
Immersive Setting
[p]Set in the thick jungles of 1885 southern Nigeria, experience a unique narrative told purely through text and sound design. You set out with hunters, porters, a scout, cook, catechist, and healer. Each night by the campfire, one steps forward to confess. It's your sacred duty to bring their soul to salvation—or damnation.[/p][p][/p][p]Please go check it out and Wishlist! Your continued support means the world to me and my vision![/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p][/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p][/p]

ekklesia - A minimalist abstract strategy game

[p]Hi folks! As you know, I've been playing around with a few prototypes, and I figured I would publish this one.[/p][p]ekklesia is a short, meditative strategy game about growing the Church. [/p][p]It's inspired by the incredible work the apostles and their disciples did during the dawn of Christianity.[/p][p]Please go check it out and let me know what you think. It's only a short prototype, but your feedback is crucial as I continue to experiment with gameplay mechanics and ideas rooted in our faith.[/p][p][/p]
Play here:
[p]https://bisong.itch.io/ekklesia[/p]

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

Seal of Confession Announcement

[p]Hi everyone![/p][p]My mother once told me a story of how, when she was a kid, there was a European priest who took a trip from her village to another, but got lost in the jungles of Southern Nigeria. [/p][p]So I'm making a text-based "Confession Simulator" where you play as a priest and listen to Confessions and must assign the appropriate penance. [/p][p]The story takes place in the jungles of south eastern Nigeria in the late 19th century, and is partly inspired by the dread of Heart of Darkness. [/p][p]Please check it out, Wishlist and Share![/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p]

I just added a new Prayer to the Prayer Mode: Divine Mercy Chaplet. Check it out!

I've also added a few performance fixes under the hood, and some visual tweaks to some of the UIs.

Yay or nay? Let me know!
