Update 0.6.13

Release notes 0.6.13:
-Fixed barbed wire showing the slowdown upgrades like it is making them worse
-Fixed the invisible zombies, for real now
-Fixed the repair all price showing up different compared to when using it for the client
-Give zombies fixed reward amount
-Increase Mechanic monster damage to the defend the objective by quite a bit
-Increase SENTINEL GL32 damage by 250%
-Increase armor price by 400%
-Increase mechanic monster default speed by 240%
-Increase the slowdown effect from the goo zombie by 100%
-Increase witches slowdown effect on player by 30%
-Make the spitter and suicider damage scale with the waves
-Potentially fix the zombies getting stuck in the stairwell on Airport Terminal map
-Potentially fixed the zombies standing on or in the well on the Cemetery map
-Reduce SILENTSTALKER recoil by 50%
-Reduce the grabbers pull speed by 50%
-Reduce the suicider explosion range by 50%
-Reduce witch screen shake by 30%
-Show the value of each of the skills in it's description
-Slow down the player when there are too many zombies around them

-Actually, increase the cost of SILENTSTALKER from 0.6.9
-Changed the skill that reduces mystery box cost to 10%, makes a nice round number now

-Fixed one of the engineering skills showing 0/1 and 1/1 at the same time, also, added a new skill
-Fixed when getting grabbed the weapon continues to fire
-Fixed zombies not getting killed by the electric fence when jumping through windows
-Potentially fix the grenade bug where the player gets stuck in it
-Reduce healthy heart regen rate to 2 health per second, from 5 health per second
-Show a projectile line for a single shot on the ARC BLASTER
