Release notes 0.9.6:
-Fixed CEMETERY map building placement issues on lower floors
-Fixed LASER FENCE not building even though it was green when building it
-Fixed LOCK AND LOAD perk not giving back the full ammo after PHOENIX perk
-Fixed the mystery box weapon pickup issues, looking at the gun but no prompt
-Increase the THIS IS A KNIFE skill boost, from 5% to 50% per level

-Add little arrows on the map icons to show if they are above or below the player
-Disable building-related perks from showing up on the game modes with no buildings
-Fixed MAIN LOBBY opening up on the AIRPORT map when opening the doors by the OFFICE area
-Fixed certain buildings not being placeable on the CEMETERY map, especially on higher floors
-Improved performance on the CEMETERY map when looking outside the map boundaries

-Adjust the shotgun firing offset when moving so it fires more towards the cursor
-Don't allow dynamic zombies to spawn in areas that are not unlocked
-Fix 2 players paying to unlock a single barrier if they do it at the same time
-Fix a few UI rendering issues when resizing from wide to narrow
-For PRECISION PAYDAY only increase the multiplier if the zombie rewards money
-Implement team PLAYER upgrades, like BUILDING upgrades but for guns(damage, penetration)
-Limit chat messages to 150 characters
