Balance tweaks, deep sea art, lots of fixes

- First pass deep sea art added to maps, polish/fixes to follow.
- Increased wealth amounts required to complete Hanging Gardens wonder.
- Slightly increased population amounts required to complete Pyramids wonder.
- Added and removed some opportunities from the list of backups for better late game opportunity choices.
- You can no longer pay for a unit and not get it, if you put it in an invalid terrain type.
- Clicking on a fleet when moving an army or vice versa will no longer highlight the wrong set of possible destination tiles.
- Fixed some usernames appearing incorrectly in some languages.
- Fixed erroneous difficulty tooltip on wealth panel during multiplayer.
- Fixed rare issue with Battering Ram and Triremes not triggering correctly.
- Fixed Epic March and Odyssean Voyage not triggering if you spent exactly the target food amount.
- Fixed an incorrect terrain tile near Harappans on Asia.
- Removed redundant AI log keyboard shortcut from Settings.
- Minor text and localisation improvements.
- Players should be more consistently shown as online in multiplayer via the yellow icon on their empire portrait.
- Fixed a bug where the player with least treasure wouldn't get priority when picking empires.
- Added more checks to ensure players are playing on the correct game version in multiplayer.
The final 3 changes will arrive with a server update in ~7 hours so there will be a short outage then. For people with long-running async games, there is a new branch in Steam `v1.0.2.x-multiplayer-compatibility`, which lets you play on the previous game version, so you can finish these games.

Multiplayer & opportunity fixes, minor design tweaks

- Various fixes to reduce multiplayer desyncs and 'unable to load game' errors.
- Games that show 'Timers Expired' are now rejoinable more often.
- Fixed a rare blocker when an opportunity triggered during the end turn sequence.
- Fixed a rare blocker where an opportunity would trigger multiple times.
- Sandtimer and eraser buttons now display above knowledge/wealth panel so you can always reset turn.
- Resetting turn enabled when choosing an opportunity reward.
- Some confusing opportunities have been clarified.
- Germans have been renamed Celts in certain languages.
- Fixed some opportunities being offered when they were useless.
- Fixed 0 crown wonders showing on victory panel in multiplayer.
- Difficulty ratings adjusted: Song to Easy; Chu, Zhou and Mycenaeans on Mediterranean to Medium.
- Deep sea locations tweaked ahead of us adding a visual indicator of where deep sea is.

Hotfix to prevent multiplayer games getting out of sync

- Added a little extra buffer time before game clients inform server about elapsed timers.

Private multiplayer games, easier difficulty & many fixes

Hi folks, we've added support for private multiplayer games in this update. If you want to play with friends, click the padlock, when you're creating your game. You must then share the ID at the bottom of the page and your friends can go to the lobby, click the key, paste the ID and your game will appear in their game list. From here, it works just like a normal game. Here's the other changes:
- Lots of fixes aimed at improving multiplayer stability.
- Windowed mode now constrained to 16:9 (since the game is anyway).
- Added a new element to the wealth panel to better explain how wealth is used to purchase other resources.
- Fixed Steam achievements not triggering if you had won with that empire in the demo. This may also fix other achievement issues, if not we'll keep fixing!
- Fixed a couple bugs with Annus Mirabilis leading to blockers.
- Fixed a bug with Mathematics leading to a blocker.
- Ensured opportunities never give more than the maximum level of a tech or waste reduction.
- Added 24h/turn and 36h/turn timer options in multiplayer.
- Novice difficulty effect increased from '+30% Wealth +30 Wealth/turn' to '+50% Wealth +30 Wealth/turn'.
- Ganges Plain difficulty ratings updated (they are all Medium now).
- Fix for RU and PL plurals occasionally not appearing in lobby text or tooltips.
- A few translations improved thanks to feedback.
- A few text tweaks in the tutorial, credits, etc.

Small bug fixes & improved multiplayer stability

- Added a 3 mins per turn timer in multiplayer.
- Fixed various causes of multiplayer desyncs.
- Added new sounds when your multiplayer game is starting (so you don't miss it).
- Fixed multiplayer lobby text overlapping in some languages.
- Turned off Invasion until we can fix it properly.
- Atlantis will now only spawn when it can be completed.
- Added some opportunities to the backup category (you can see them a second time in the late game).
- Fixed a rare blocker in the tutorial, if you complete an opportunity and cannot chose the reward.
- Fixed 1/2/3/4/5 keyboard shortcuts showing as Num1/Num2/etc in Settings (numpad still works tho).
- Fix for an untranslated string on demo's load game screen.
- Fix for unlock maps button in demo going blurry for a second on first hover.
