Alpha Passes function like Battle Passes: it means you can unlock the assets through gameplay. As you progress in the game, you'll gradually unlock the collectibles included in the Pass. The more you play, the faster you'll unlock them all!

Note that once you unlock the assets, you can either showcase your collectibles to fellow players or trade them!
