Tournament of Puzzles Release Date Announce (And a Small Request)
Hey there Escapists,
At long last, we are finally able to share the release date for our upcoming, free PvP update. Escape Academy: Tournament of Puzzles is coming to an arena near you on April 18, 2024!
We appreciate everyone’s patience while the dev team has been applying the necessary polish to make this the most zany content update the Academy’s ever seen!
[h2]What’s included in the Tournament of Puzzles update?[/h2]
Hit the road with Coach Yoach and experience all new arenas, game modes, power-ups, and PUZZLES! Take a look below for details on all the new features headed the Academy’s way.
[h3]Brand New Arenas[/h3]
Tomb of the First Escapist - Deep in the heart of Egypt where Escape began, puzzle your way through the tomb's secret passages and make sure you don’t become a permanent resident!
Hackannery - Abandoned fish cannery turned hacker enclave, this rain soaked pier is overloaded with technological and aquatic themed puzzle surprises.
The Showman’s Studio - Step right up and prepare to be puzzled! The biggest theater in all of Escape boasts a plethora of magical challenges to confront!
[h2]Competitive Game Modes[/h2]
Face off against fellow Escapists in Escape Race, Tic-Tac-Toe, and Scavenger Hunt, all featuring brand new mechanics!
Escape Race - Show down against your friends in a puzzle race to the finish.
Tic-Tac-Toe - The classic connect three where the X’s and O’s are all locked up.
Scavenger Hunt - Search for trophies while you hunt for solutions to tricky puzzles.
[h2]Power-Ups Baby[/h2]
And if you thought things couldn’t get wackier, Tournament of Puzzles features exciting new Power-Ups! Deploy distracting traps against your opponents or or gain an advantage by utilizing assists and secure the win.
