Patchnote [11.12.2022]

The following updates have been added to the EU, NA and SEA servers.
In-game chat reporting system
A report system has been added to the game. It allows you to report violations of the rules in chat. All you have to do is click on the sender's nickname, and select the "Report" button.

A pop-up window will open, in which you have to select the reason for the report and a description of the committed crime against morality. Complaints are sent to our technical support department, where they are reviewed by an army of cloned moderators. Depending on the seriousness and number of violations, player can get a chat mute for a period between 1 hour and 180 days.

Also, a function to block messages from a certain player in chat has been added. It is located right below the report button.
New weapon animation
HK MP5K has received updated animations.
Various fixes
Equipment no longer breaks in the main quest line dungeons.

Good hunting in the Zone!

Removing starter packs from our in-game store.

It came as a surprise to us to see a lot of negativity towards the Starter Packs, which were available to purchase for real money. These packs were designed to help those players at the beginning of the game who have a hard time fitting into the new gameplay.

We didn't implement these packs as something unfair, since you're getting rewards of the same level for completing the story quests already at the second location, and after those quests even much better equipment.

Plus, the distribution system described in the previous post has already begun to put players who bought aftermentioned packs on their respective level of distribution, preventing conflicts with total newcomers.

However, we are trying to be very considerate of the community's opinion on such sensitive issues and have decided to stop selling Starter Packs in the store. All of those who bought them previously will still have them, of course.

We are very carefully considering all of your feedback, so any opinions are very welcome.

Always yours,
EXBO team.

We see the problems and we fix them quickly!

The game has a server distribution system that separates players according to the principles of "matchmaking" - so that in the open world with PvP you don't encounter opponents much stronger than you. It calibrates players with a certain delay, and it turned out to be too long for the current huge flow of newcomers.

We have now significantly reduced this delay, so that at the very least, starter kit buyers in the store should move much faster to their distribution levels, and not encounter entire newcomers.

We also underestimated the flow of messages to the public chats, and are now working hard on an enhanced moderation system, which we plan to roll out soon.

Thank you all for your feedback,
EXBO team.
