"Arena of Slavs" is the first seasonal event of the year, featuring a team-based mode with waves of mutant creatures, bosses, duels and 5-on-5 player skirmishes. During the battle, players acquire and modify various equipment and strive to defend their idol more effectively than the other team.
And if you are already an experienced player, you can go straight to the description of innovations!
[h3]New setting[/h3]
It's not Max Crow's style to repeat himself, so for this year he chose new scenery and
ancient Russian setting. Now you will portray bogatyrs defending the idol from assorted creatures and, of course, treacherous lizards!
[h3]Duels[/h3]
A new type of round has been added - "Duels". On them, bogatyrs from different teams are divided into pairs and fight each other in isolated arenas. Pairs are selected by armor type.
Winning a duel earns a lot of tokens for the team!
[h3]Passive Upgrades[/h3]
After each PvP round, bogatyrs can choose one of three available upgrades. Upgrades can be improved twice to increase their effectiveness.
Upgrades affect survivability, damage dealt, and even the amount of money you get!
[h3]Artifacts[/h3]
Instead of "ordinary" artifacts from the Zone, the Arena now sells various gimmicks that give simple buffs.
It is no longer necessary to put together a complex build.
Containers have also been changed - now players have them immediately and their capacity increases as the match progresses.
[h3]Modules[/h3]
The upgrades from Dead Man's Marathon are back in the game! You can buy almost all the modules you're familiar with in the store, and install them on any weapon.
All this variety of enhancements allows players to come up with their own builds.
[h3]Comeback system in PvP rounds[/h3]
When losing in PvP, the team receives a bonus to the damage dealt at the start of the next PvP round. If they lose again, the bonus is increased.
If a team that lags behind wins the match, the damage counters are equalized in the next PvP round.

Added a reward for level 1000 – a unique themed style on the RPL-20 "Thunderer".

[h3]Challenges, daily and weekly tasks[/h3]
Trials and weekly seasonal challenges have been launched as part of the seasonal event.
The daily seasonal challenges have been replaced with event challenges.
A daily experience bonus has been added to speed up progression, it gives additional experience when participating in an event and is updated every day.
[h3]Quest lines[/h3]
Arena Champion. A seasoned stalker, Max Crow, has returned to the Zone. He has organised an Arena in the Bar, where members of all factions fight for the title of Arena Champion. Will you be able to win this title?
The progress of the Max Crow storyline has been saved, and there is no need for you to go through the quest again if you completed it last year. The second part of the quest will appear next week.
The rewards for the quest have been changed.
Folktale in the Arena Besides Max Crow, fights in the Arena are now also conducted by someone called Theophilus. He is a specialist of particular “folktale” fights. Complete Theophilus' quests, collect Bogatyr relics and become a true Bogatyr!
Theophilus' storyline is also divided into two parts.
Arena of Suffering. Meet Reed, Max Crow's assistant hired from the Covenant faction. He organises the most sadomasochistic fights in the Arena: fights that are as unfair and challenging as possible for the gladiators. Will you be able to pass Reed's challenges and not lose your mind? He will definitely show you the world of misery!
The challenging questline is now available immediately and does not require you to complete other quests. Komod's quests have been removed and Reed's Arena of Suffering has been added instead.

Reputation of northern faction bases now also affects the discount when buying consumables in Confrontation mode - previously only reputation in the bar 100 Rads affected the discount.
- Level 4 of the 100 Rads bar / faction bases - 20%.
- Level 7 of the 100 Rads bar / faction bases - 50%.
If a player has a reputation on several bases, the discount from the maximum of them will be chosen.
