New update! D-Deck sinking experience and more!

Hello Everyone,

We have just released an update for Titanic: FOAL!

Addition:

-NEW Titanic D-deck sinking experience. This sinking experience includes a partial reconstruction of D-deck, including the new 1st-class restaurant that was modelled. This sinking experience goes for approximately 25 minutes. This isn't the complete interior sinking update, as many other parts of the ship are being modelled so eventually everything can be connected together.

Fixes:

-The iceberg now has a collider so you cannot jump through it

-The stairs at the rear of the Titanic in multiplayer mode now have a collider

-We have slightly increased the visibility of the camera in the main sinking experience so the iceberg can be seen earlier in accordance with the sound effects

Update Progress!

Hello Everyone,

It has been awhile since we have posted an update, and we wanted to let you know what has been going on. We have been working on releasing interior spaces, and have some progress images to now show. Our plan is to release an interior sinking simulation, so you can explore select interiors spaces while the Titanic is sinking (and being able to still roam the exterior when exiting the interior spaces). We cannot guarantee any timelines at the moment due to complexity of this update.

We have some progress images to show of the 1st-class dining room below:

MASSIVE Update! Multiplayer, new mode and fixes!

Hello Everyone,

We have just uploaded the new Titanic: FOAL update! This update includes multiplayer, a new daytime sinking mode and the pause menu being more functional.

Multiplayer:

The multiplayer addition lets anyone set up a server with 15 slots. Please note that upon creating the server the game begins immediately, and you may still join servers that have progressed into the sinking. In addition to this, the controls for multiplayer are different then singleplayer. As we are using a 3rd person character, you can't use A, D or S to control your character. You can still use W, shift and spacebar to control them. To use the chat in-game, press Alt to free your mouse and this allows you to click on the chatbox to begin writing messages. Pressing Alt again will make your mouse disappear. You can also remove the chatbox from your screen by clicking Alt, then clicking the "Chat" button on your screen.

New Mode:

As some players have requested, we have added a daytime sinking mode. This is essentially the same as the nightime sinking mode, but providing things in a different way. So we now have a nightime sinking mode, daytime exploration and daytime sinking mode.

We have also made the pause menu more functional, so the menu now freezes instead of moving around.

If you are enjoying the game, please leave a review! It helps alot.

Daytime Explore Mode + Patch!

Hello Everyone,

We just released an update for Titanic: FOAL! This new update includes a new daytime explore mode as well as a patch. We added a "Change Level" button so you can choose whether to do the sinking experience or the daytime explore mode. The patch consists of making the pause menu properly functional. We also included a option to return to the main menu, or to exit to the desktop.

If you are enjoying the game, please consider leaving a review, it helps out alot!

We would also like people's opinion on adding a daytime sinking mode (this will essentially be the same as the night sinking but occurring during the day). If you haven't received the update, restarting Steam will allow the update to show up for download.

Update Status - Multiplayer And More

Hello everyone,

We have been working on releasing the first update for Titanic: FOAL and we would like to share with you where we are at. As you know, multiplayer is currently in development and is getting closer to release! Anyone will be able to create a multiplayer server, which will host 15 players at once. The entire simulation will then start to play out as soon as the server is created. We will also update the game with a daytime explore mode with this next major update!

Thank you for your patience, it is greatly appreciated. If you are enjoying the game, please remember to write a review as it helps out tremendously!
