the latest version is number 1.862
The game has been updated to make things work with the new little DLCs that are being sent through the "The Darkness" Kickstarter campaign (Goodies, LissbethSkin),
but the only noticeable change should be that the DLC menu in the Title now lists them all regardless of them being enabled or not!

Version 1.86 introduces a couple nice things
- You can use Dragon Gems and other element-changing items on any party member now, changing their traits permanently
- "Last Resort" skill won't be used during Auto Battle (I tested it, but let me know if it doesn't work)
- I prepared the files for the Lissbeth new look Kickstarter DLC, which will be sent in the next days to backers

a small patch is up with a few new fixes and preparations for the new Lissbeth looks.
Patreons who are using the DDToolbox will probably have to reapply the patch. I'm making a post on Patreon too so you can more easily re-download it in case you don't want to track the joining email.
