Fusion 101 - Fuse Like a Pro

Fusion is key to maximizing your heroes' power in HyperLeague Heroes. The info below can be found just by playing or through the manual, but I'll compile it here for easy reading.

Where to Find Fusion Gems

Gems are obtained through:
  • Scrapping equipment
  • Daily login bonuses (upgradable through Base Upgrades)
  • Loot Cave - they are common drops there
  • The Loot Hunters

The easiest way to earn gems fast is through the Loot Hunters. Every hour you idle with the game running (or 3 hours if the game isn't running) you'll earn an Idle Gem which can be traded for ~150 Fusion Gems. With the methods above you'll be swimming in gems in no time, easily earning several thousand gems per day.

Fusion Calculations
  • During fusion, 60% of unit 2's base HP and attack are added onto unit 1's base HP and attack (see Calculation breakdown on Fusion screen)
  • Once a unit reaches 10x their base HP or attack, fusing will only boost 1% instead of 60%
  • When this limit is hit you may want to consider recruiting a higher-tier version of that unit since higher tiers have higher growth potential
  • Repeatedly fusing the same unit type will cause the cost of fusing it to go up slightly. However, this effect may be removed in a coming update. Currently, the cost can be reset to its base value with a Phoenix Gem.
