Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone that purchased Motördoom and especially to the people that already left a review. THANK YOU!
I always read all the reviews and I hear you! And some of the stuff is the absolute best I've ever read🤣🍻
A few people mentioned the annoyance of picking 50 card after a huge combo. I do agree. That is annoying and I also put on "auto choose upgrade" in the options. But I decided to balance the career mode for new players so they can have a good time as well and get a good introduction into the game. So I dare you to try a single run on hard (you need to unlock that by winning on the easier difficulties first). You need much more XP to gain an upgrade, there are WAY more enemies spawning and they hit way harder as well.
There are also some ideas floating around the discord server of a "Career 666" mode after beating the game... let's see what happens 👀

I also fixed some minor bugs today. The update is live now.

[h2]So what's next?[/h2]
I want to add a final level and a final Boss to round out the current roster of arenas.
Also more skins, cards and potentially some new characters as well.
Most importantly I'm working on Mod support so people can create their own stuff. Firstly levels but we'll see what else after that.

It's finally time. Motördoom is out. After two years of hard work my THPS x Vampire Survivors game is finished.
Thanks to all who supported the development of the game! Especially thanks to the people that hung out in the Discord Server, played the demo and gave a lot of valuable feedback to me.

Of course you'd like to play a game where you're doing motorcycle tricks while shooting bad guys in droves, and also all the people riding the motorcycles are low-poly skeletons and monster mashers with chainsaws and flamethrowers. In what is undeniably one of the best ideas for a genre combo you'll see this year, Motordoom—sorry, Motördoom—calls itself a "freestyle-sports roguelite horde shooter" and that is a pretty exciting concept...

"Do you fancy playing as a couple of skellies named 'The Boner Brothers' riding a bike and sidecar while chunky bastard-metal blasts out, also they’ve got a gun, also they can do tricks?" asked Motördoom, to which I became so instantly hyperactive I somehow worked out how to headbutt my own face. Of course I want to put a chainsaw on the front of my bike, Motördoom. Obviously I want a rougelike-able upgrade that perchance may set my demonic enemies on fire. Yes, I’d like to combine a sick manual with an action game killstreak for a very large combo, Motördoom. Is this what overly concerned parents thought PS1 games were actually like? If I got a disc with this demo on as a kid, I’d be significantly radder than I am today. Gnarly, even. Made of gnarls.
