We have been reading your questions and comments regarding the release date for Edge of Sanity , and now we can finally confirm that our Cthulu-inspired survival horror launch is on September 13th!

[h2]Full English voice-over is coming at launch! Try it in the updated demo![/h2]
The voice-overs you can hear throughout the trailer are, indeed, not just for the sake of the video.

Today, we can also confirm that Edge of Sanity will feature a full English voice-over for Carter (the main protagonist) and all NPCs at launch!

And what's even better is that you don't have to trust us how big of an impact the added voices have on the intense atmosphere of this Alaskan adventure. We've just updated the demo with the new audio, so you can taste how it works throughout the first 15 days of your survival.

Our demo supports save transfers to the full game upon purchase, so you don't need to worry about repeating the beginning of the game in September.

Edge of Sanity features a deep and complex story with many small touches, increasing the tension and creating a Cthulu-inspired atmosphere. We know that English is not the native language of many Steam users, and the good news is that we finished testing the localization. The current version of the demo, 0.6.38d, now enables you to change your default language!

After 2,5 years of development, our team is incredibly proud to share the Edge of Sanity demo with you for the first time! During June 10-17th, as a part of Steam Next Fest, you can set your footsteps in the Alaskan wilderness and feel the intense atmosphere of madness and tough survival.

[h2]What to expect? [/h2]

• Psychological horror experience inspired by the Cthulhu-Mythos in a hand-crafted 2D art style
  
• Narrative-driven, featuring an uncanny atmosphere and sinister story
  
• Explore remote areas to find other survivors and scavenge for basic supplies
  
• Manage the survivor's camp to ensure survival and prepare for expeditions
  
• Pick your fights wisely… or things might go from bad to worse within moments
  

[h2]15 days limit & saves transfer to the full game[/h2]
The demo allows you to stay alive for a maximum of 15 days, during which you can try the most intense main story missions and scavenging expeditions, meet some characters, and set up your camp. This gives you 30-60 minutes of a taste of an unforgettable journey ahead.

Everything you are going to see takes place at the beginning of the campaign, so you don't need to worry about playing the entire game from scratch - all your progress will be saved and transferred to Edge of Sanity upon the release.



[h2]It's still a preview[/h2]
We spent a lot of time testing and polishing the demo, but you need to know that it's still under development and might encounter some bugs. Our team will, of course, relentlessly keep fixing them, but you can help us share them on our Discord. The same goes for if you are stuck, need some assistance, or want to share your feedback!
