They can change depending on where you look and what you say, and you can do things like interrupt and ignore.

We’ve also updated the store pages, so if you’re still itching for more information after all this, go have another read of the Steam page!

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage to Unveil Gameplay at Opening Night Live!

DON’T NOD will be revealing the first look at gameplay of our upcoming narrative adventure, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, at gamescom’s Opening Night Live show on August 20th. We’re glad to be able to show more of the game at such an exciting event!

From August 21 – 25, DON’T NOD will have a Lost Records: Bloom & Rage photo installation booth in Hall 5.1’s Cosplay Village where you can step into the game’s universe and a 90s-themed garage inspired by Nora’s own.

You can take home a keepsake or some great memories – whether you’re in costume (we’d love to see your 90s outfits!) or just want to snap cool photos, this booth is the perfect spot to celebrate your passion for the game.

We’ll be running activities all week, including giveaways and contests! We’ll have a fun TikTok filter you can use AND we’ll host a meet and greet with the Lost Records: Bloom & Rage developers! You’ll be able to ask your burning questions to Michel (Creative Director), Luc (Executive Producer), Cathy (Producer), and Jean-Luc (Writer).

So, keep an eye out on our social media for more details about the meet and greet and other activities nearer the time.

We hope to see you there!

Don't Nod is delaying its spiritual successor to Life is Strange and being refreshingly honest about the reason

Don't Nod, the studio that created the Life is Strange franchise in partnership with Square Enix, has announced that it will be delaying its upcoming self-published title Lost Records: Bloom & Rage into 2025. Lost Records was initially announced at The Game Awards last year, with the release window at the time given as "late 2024".

If you're the gossipy type, it's probably not hard to speculate on why this might have happened, since Square and LiS's adopted step-developer Deck Nine recently announced a new game in the series. While a new Life is Strange was always understood to be a likelihood, few expected the fifth main game to return quite so strongly to the series' roots, with original protagonist Max Caulfield returning as the player character in Life is Strange: Double Exposure, due to release this October.

What's pleasantly surprising, though, is that Don't Nod hasn't taken the circumspect route with regards to their reasons for postponing Lost Records, with CEO Oskar Guilbert saying quite plainly: "We know that many of our fans are eagerly awaiting this game, just as they are the recently announced next instalment of Life is Strange. Let's give both games the space they need to shine. The wait will be worth it."

The Girls Revealed!

Recently, we hosted a minigame on our website where we gave everyone 4 moodboards with a variety of objects on them and you had to match each moodboard to who you think it belongs to – Swann, Nora, Autumn, or Kat!

If you guessed Swann, you were right!
Swann is the main playable character in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. She’s a bit of a loner, quirky, and loves to film on her camcorder, as you saw in our latest trailer, Lo-fi Summer. As Swann, you’ll film your summer and create memories of a lifetime with your friends.

Meet Autumn! She’s the charismatic kinda leader of the group who’s super into skateboarding.

Here’s Nora! She's a rebellious firecracker, full of energy and very mischievous. She loves to play music and the girls practice in her garage.

Last but certainly not least is Kat! A true riot grrrl at heart, she’s strong-willed and takes her discman everywhere.

If you missed the minigame, you can easily keep up with everything Lost Records related on social media:
