To celebrate LudoNarraCon, join Summerfall cinematic editors Olivia Ong and Lily Pagalis-Jackson through the process of planning and executing cinematics for a song in Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical.

Tune in at 6pm Thursday 9th May PDT / Friday 10th May at 11AM AEST right here on Steam as the duo play through The Ritual, a key song in the narrative as they discuss techniques, challenges, showcase storyboards and show behind the scenes in engine approaches to creating our unique cinematics. What a year! We don’t know about you, but Summerfall is very keen to be taking some time over the holidays to relax and regroup after a huge year for us... but one last thing before we go!

Some of you may have seen it live, others as a VOD, or even here on Steam - back in April of this year, we held a show called Myth and Music: An Evening with Stray Gods live at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles., where we debuted a number of songs from the game, revealed our cast, and dropped the release date trailer for Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical - and streamed it all on the Critical Role Twitch. You can watch part one here.

However! There was a second portion to this show that we kept as a secret - that included performances from Laura Bailey, Troy Baker and Anjali Bhimani and an interview with David Gaider and Austin Wintory. These elements were very spoilery to the full game, and we wanted you to get the chance to enjoy the surprises of Stray Gods in real time.

Now that some time has passed since release, we're so thrilled to share with you the NEVER BEFORE SEEN second part of our Myth and Music: An Evening With Stray Gods live event. The 30 minute video will be released as a YouTube Premiere on December 13 at 6pm PST/December 14 at 1pm AEDT, with the Summerfall team on hand in the chat to provide fun facts during the premiere! Please join us as we watch and reflect on the event as a team.

It's been almost THREE ENTIRE months since we released Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical and things haven't slowed down! We've had award nominations (and some wins), live fashion shows, streams and more. Now, as the holidays approach (extremely quickly) we're asking for your help in the upcoming Steam Awards for 2023.

Whether you've listened to one playthrough or one hundred, we hope you understand just how much love and care went into creating a soundtrack that could tell Grace's story how YOU saw it. With four soundtracks on Spotify (that still don't nearly cover all the potential choices and song paths you can take), music is the core of what makes Stray Gods special.

The amount of music we crafted for this game would require you to play once every day for 75 years (a total of 27,375 playthroughs) in order to hear everything. Even now, three months on, only 1.1% of you have unlocked the Maestro achievement - and it required a lot of community work and love to figure out how!

All this to say - if you enjoyed Stray Gods, if you loved the music, if Adrift sneaks into your brain once a week and refuses to leave, we'd deeply appreciate your nomination for Best Soundtrack in this years Steam Awards.
