Adjusted the key command requirements and command detection logic for the extension program 【Unlimited Command】.

Patch Notes:

1. Fixed an issue where the skill 【Support Skill · Existence Release · Genmu】 could cause the game to freeze due to abnormal damage detection during activation.
   
2. Fixed a conflict in cutscenes when completing the mission 【EX MISSION VS Ziyan F&M】 at certain story progress stages.
   
3. Added a 【Controller Detection】 option under the 【System】 tab in the settings menu. If a controller is incorrectly detected when not plugged in (e.g., button icons changing to controller icons or skill wheels appearing abnormally), this option can be turned off.
   
4. Fixed an issue where the skill 【Support Skill · Thunder Slash】 would cause Kana Aizawa's alternate skin to malfunction during activation.
   

Fixed an issue where Zi Yan F's bullets might remain abnormally stationary when hit by ice attacks.
