1. Nexon Account
- Uninstall the BattleEye program from the path below
(deleted when the Uninstall_BattlEye.bat file is run)

- Path: C:\Nexon\VeiledExperts\VeiledExperts\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye

2. Steam Account
1) Uninstall the BattleEye program from the following path
(deleted when running the Uninstall_BattlEye.bat file)

- Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\VEILEDEXPERTS\VeiledExperts
\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye

2) After performing step 1), relaunch the Steam app


■ Notes - Apply the security solution “Battleye” (October 12th)

will grant you a Twitch Gadget Skin by the hour!

[h2]How to Link Accounts[/h2]

To receive Twitch Drops, remember to connect your VX account and Twitch account.

Just follow the steps below!


1. Visit our [VX Twitch Page] to begin linking accounts.

2. Search for “Drops Enabled” streams under the “VEILED EXPERTS” category.
- If accounts are linked, your progress bar should slowly fill up as you watch the stream.

3. Once your progress bar is full, go to your [Twitch Inventory Page] and press the “Claim” button to claim the drops to your account.

4. You can check your rewards at the [VX Twitch Page].
- Press “Receive Rewards” to send it to your in-game Message Box!

5. Login to the game and find Twitch Drops in your Message Box!


[h2]Twitch Drops FAQ[/h2]

■ Do I have to claim the hourly Twitch Drops before I can receive the next one?

- Your hourly drop will accumulate even if you haven’t claimed the previous hour’s Twitch Drops. You can check your progress at any time by checking your Profile menu.


■ Is there a way to change the connected accounts?

- Go to [Twitch Connections Page]to manage your connected accounts.

- Click on the “Disconnect” button of the platform you wish to exchange accounts.

- Return to [VX Twitch Page]to reconnect different accounts.


■ Is it possible to watch streams through my phone and receive Twitch Drops?

- Yes, watching Twitch channels with the “Drops Enabled” tag will give you Twitch Drops just like it would on PC.


■ I’m watching the streams, but my progress bar isn’t filling up.

- Make sure you’re watching a VEILED EXPERTS stream with an activated “Drops Enabled” tag.

- It may take a while for your watching time to be reflected on the Twitch menu UI. Regardless, your hours are being counted by the minute so don’t worry!


■ I’ve watched the streams but didn’t get my Twitch Drops. What do I do?

- Make sure you’ve “claimed” it from the [Twitch Inventory Page].

- Make sure you’ve “received” it to your account via the [VX Twitch Page].

- Check your in-game Message Box. You must receive it to try it on.

Collect Black Cards daily by completing missions through gameplay and logging in to the client.
■ Collect up to 5 Black Cards daily.
■ Mission achievement status is updated daily at 17:00 [PDT] / 16:00 [PST]

3. Use the Black Card to Redeem Rewards

■ Use 1 Black Card to redeem an item.
