Instead of a simple, and potentially lack of depth design, we want the club feature to be a truly enriching addition to the game. Therefore, we've decided to spend more effort to provide an overall great club experience to all our fans. The current plan is to release it as a free update later this fall. Hello, Headmasters!

Let's School will be officially released on July 27th. Thank you all for playing the free demo and giving us positive feedback and suggestions!

We believe that lots of players are interested in the building modules in the Architect mode and may have unique insights into school construction. Clearly, the building feature is an essential gameplay element in Let's School, and it runs throughout the entire game process.

Let's take a look at some schools that our players have built. We firmly believe that every individual possesses brilliance and creativity!



[h2]Decorations[/h2]

Regarding decorations of the free-building gameplay, the current version's decoration items are still lacking. Therefore, we continue to add more items to beautify the school, especially the number of roofs and their customizable properties.

Players who have played the new demo should know that you can use different roof styles to create almost any structure you want. Additionally, you can modify the materials, such as colors and the color of the side walls.

Furthermore, we have added some building styles that will appear in later stages of the game, such as glass curtain walls that resemble floor-to-ceiling windows in modern architecture. They allow Headmasters to give their schools a more fashionable and modernized look in the latter stages of the game.

Then there are other decorations, such as our custom blocks. These are basic-shaped blocks that Headmasters can freely use to modify colors and create any shape. This game feature is a bit similar to "Minecraft," which should give a similar feel for building enthusiasts.

Some players mentioned that there were very few lighting fixtures in the game. So we have added dozens of lighting fixtures that will be available in the early, middle, and late stages of the game. There are also various types of streetlights. Lighting can be extensively installed in the game, and we have implemented a series of effects such as color changes and range adjustments. This way, in the later stages of the game, you can create a more aesthetically pleasing atmosphere during the nighttime.

[h2]Design Styles[/h2]

Regarding architectural styles - Currently, we have two styles, and each style has its own windows and wall features. In addition to that, some small parts are also customized for one of the two styles.

[h2]Gameplay[/h2]

Regarding user experience - We have considered that some players may not have encountered similar games before, and they may feel confused or uncertain about various construction requirements in building mode.

For example, we found that building a classroom requires placing a blackboard, a podium, and desks and chairs. This process actually puzzled some players. Some Headmasters are not sure how to proceed at first. Don't worry, we will provide a more comprehensive tutorial guide. If you still can't find the corresponding button, we will make it automatically switch to show you what objects you still need. Although there is already a switching function now, it is not particularly refined.

Some Headmasters have given feedback that they still don't know which conditions haven't been met. So next, we will further highlight those necessary conditions and indicate exactly what conditions need to be met. Additionally, clicking on those conditions will also display corresponding solutions. This way, even players who have never played this type of game before can get a good start.

[h2]Special Buildings[/h2]

Regarding special building gameplay - In the game, you can construct hollowed-out buildings, which adds diversity to the appearance. As for roads, we are currently not able to create them due to some technical difficulties. We will make roads later, maybe in an update after the game is released. We might even add certain functions to the roads, such as speeding up when walking on certain paths.
The current trial version has already included elevators and underpasses, which can help Headmasters expand their schools on a larger scale. To put it simply, elevators and underpasses are like teleporters between different levels and flat spaces. If you build an underground passage from the school gate and place an exit far away, a person can quickly travel from the school gate to that distant location. It feels quite fun, let us know if you noticed the change.

[h2]Wonders[/h2]

You can buy as many plots as possible. In the later stages of the game, if you want to build wonders, they will require a lot of land. As shown in the picture, these are our four major wonder venues: the Science Museum, the Sports Arena, the Museum, and the Art Gallery.

The construction processes for these wonders will be gradually added so that you can better enjoy this kind of excitement. Wonders are built in stages, and as the school level increases, you will continuously unlock them. There are a total of eight wonders (four primary and four advanced), each corresponding to a specific field of study: humanities, science, art, and sports.Additionally, there are some statues that players can create as well in the school.

Demo Patch Notes on 27th June

Greetings, Headmasters!

Let's School will be released on Steam on July 27th!
We sincerely appreciate your support and the valuable feedback provided from the new demo version. In response to your feedback, we have addressed several issues and made the following update to further improve the demo.

Please note that while we are actively addressing the issues from players in the comments section, however, to ensure the quality of the launch version, we apologize for not being able to incorporate all the optimizations into the demo version now.

【Optimizations】
-Optimized lighting issues, a new wall lamp furniture added in the early stages. Lighting requirements for restroom and pantry and now removed.
-Optimized visuals of fire hazard. Addressed the issue of NPC movements being restricted in case of fire.

【BUG Fixes】
-Fixed performance issues related to the lightings
-Fixed the issue of students not dining in the cafeteria after its being made.
-Fixed the issue where the UI panels in other facility would disappear after clicking on the staff arrangement in the headmaster's office.
-Fixed a save issue caused by community assignment.
-Fixed a bug that caused a prompt box to appear during the examination process before entering the headmaster mode (tour mode), blocking further progress.
