Take the "Lady with an Ermine", by Leonardo da Vinci, currently the most valuable painting in any museum located in Poland. You can admire it at the Princes Czartoryski Museum in Krakow. This renowned portrait inspired us to create the eerie image of the Rat Queen herself. Legends of the Rat Queen haunt the artistic community: some dismiss her as an urban myth, while others swear by her existence. What a delightful mosaic of secrets!

Within the painter's mansion, you'll also discover a treasure trove of astounding artworks. Among them is "Portrait of a Man in a Turban" by Jan van Eyck - a piece by an artist confident in his prowess. Have you ever wondered why you encounter this painting here? Jan van Eyck is credited with pioneering portraits that gaze directly at the viewer... Can you feel that penetrating stare?

We encourage you to continue your exploration. In the mansion, you'll encounter paintings by Rembrandt, the horrifying "Saturn Devouring His Son" by Francisco Goya, a portrait of Antonietta Gonzalez suffering from hypertrichosis painted by Lavinia Fontana, and artworks by John Frederick Herring.



Finally, one last curiosity. In the mansion, you’ll find a particularly unique portrait of one of our most devoted fans and a staunch supporter of the "Layers of Fear" series - a mystical lady named Zerachiel Amora. This portrait is a token of our gratitude for her support of our charity work.
