CYCLE in STEAM NEXT FEST!

Hello once more!
After a (lot) of radio silence, finally a new update is here:
Cycle is (almost*) complete!

* almost mostly comprising of the OST being done

And to celebrate (as well as to celebrate it's birthday), a new demo will launch at the Steam Next Fest!
[h2]Features:[/h2]
  1. A loooooooooooooot of bug fixes. Too many to list here, actually.
  2. A lot of new quality of life features as well! Such as being able to delete saves, a better system for rebinding keys (with being able to change the accept/cancel keys), and overhauled UI.
  3. Reworked Physics! Especially for those of you who had trouble with wall jumping before, and for those of you who seek a bigger boost when dash jumping.
  4. One completely new area! This one's on the house.
  5. Some new bosses! Some more hidden than others.


This is the final stretch of development!
I'm really hoping I can bring the full game to you soon.

CYCLE DEMO PATCH NOTES - v1.24

Patch notes:
  • Disabled the debug mode for Clerestory, which could have been activated by accident before.
  • Fixed the glitch that will let you go through walls while holding a direction/dashing into one while pausing and un-pausing.
  • Fixed an NPC's name and pronouns showing incorrectly.


NOTE: If any of you tackled a crash that occurs after fighting clerestory that seems to happen at a random interval after the battle, please let me know! I am looking into it and would love more information about it.

CYCLE DEMO PATCH NOTES - v1.23

Patch notes:
  • Fixed a rendering error that occurs in the pause menu on fullscreen/non native resolutions.
  • The controls selection in the options menu now scroll to the end if up is pressed on the first option.
  • You can now quit both the controls menu and assist menu in the options menu by pressing the ESC key.
  • Added benches to the top route of the Temple of Loathing.

CYCLE DEMO PATCH NOTES - v1.22

Patch notes:
  • Wall jumping has been updated: it will now automatically pull you back towards the wall as long as you are not holding the opposite direction of the wall!
  • Jumping next to a wall while on the ground now doesn't make you jump backwards.
