We're excited to announce that we'll be rolling out an update later today, unveiling the captivating landscapes of the Yan Yun Region and implementing various adjustments and optimizations to enrich your heroic journey. Patch Note:
[New Additions]

1. Added the Yan Yun Region and related new maps: Jin Yang Gate, Deep Snow Manor, Xu Family Outpost, Frozen Heart Lake, Dragon Vein Treasury, and Stele Road.
   
2. Added Yan Yun Region events (Triggered by the protagonist reaching level 55 and achieving a reputation level of 5, upon traveling to the Zhongzhou region). The game content in this area will continue to expand in subsequent updates.
   

[Adjustments and Optimizations]

1. Added a system sound effect switch under Game Settings to enable/disable button sound effects.
   
2. Optimized craftable items: Activated recipes will automatically convert to coins upon reuse.
   
3. Increased the chance of mysterious auction items appearing at the Dirty Street Auction.
   
4. Added item type filtering in the trade interface.
   
5. Increased the number of well collection attempts from 5 to 10.
   
6. Added equipment descriptions to the gallary.
   
7. Cancelled custom difficulty bonuses for the protagonist's inner demons.
   
8. Unknown accessories are now available at the main city's accessory shop and merchant.
   
9. Reduced the required materials for crafting normal weapons and armor.
   
10. Optimized the event at the Chang'an Inn; after defeating Ren Zhongheng at the inn, players who befriend Shi Wenxiu still have the opportunity to enter the Cold Skin Gang route.
    
11. The dynamic modifier in the Mod Development Kit now supports Lua scripts.
    

[Fixes]

1. Fixed the issue where Gu Qingcheng and Yu Weier couldn't enter the homestead after being invited to the team (affected saves need to disband and re-invite).
   
2. Fixed the issue where new saves couldn't be loaded when unofficial items were present in the homestead Treasure House or Enlighten Steles.
   
3. Fixed the damage error issue in the third additional effect of the Sky Destroyer Palm.
   
4. Fixed the issue where the power value wasn't displayed in the weapon throwing weapon tip in the forging interface.
   
5. Fixed the issue where the color of some weapon additional attribute descriptions was displayed incorrectly.
   
6. Fixed gender errors for characters like Xiao Quezi.
   
7. Fixed the problem where bandits would still appear after the Escort Bureau was destroyed during escort missions.
   
8. Fixed an issue where the guards at the entrance of the Jiuli Tribe would not initiate combat when hostile.
   
9. Fixed the issue where the story events of the Divine Flame Sect could still be triggered after eradicating the Cold Skin Gang or the Divine Flame Sect.
   
10. Fixed the problem where messages about attacking Chuxiang City were still received after the attack was completed.
    
11. Fixed the incorrect dialogue with Lu Jiannan during the first return home event.
    
12. Fixed the issue where auto-battle would get stuck when using bonding martial arts (automatic casting of bonding martial arts during auto-battle is canceled).

We anticipate rolling out an update later today, releasing the previously announced Lunar New Year update. In addition to unlocking the Western Regions, we're introducing the Sky Breaker Tower challenge mode and revamping the Martial Arts Reset feature for companions. This update brings forth an array of new events, achievements, and numerous optimizations to existing content. For more details, refer to the Patch Notes below. The game is currently in its final QA testing phase, and the update is scheduled for later tonight.

1. Added the Western Regions, featuring new locations like the Flame City, Chang'an Inn, Divine Flame Sect, and Flame Toad Cave.
   
2. Engage in the Western Stories upon reaching level 60 and completing the Jianghu sparring event on the world map.
   
3. Challenge the Sky Breaker Tower by claiming the title of "Heavenly Leader" at Daliang City's arena and conversing with the announcer.
   
4. Encounter new events involving Zhuge Shenji, Ding Haitang, and Ya Qin.

[Adjustments and Improvements]

1. Teammates can now utilize the "Seven Apertures Restoration Pill" to reset their martial arts. Teammate will maintain their growth path even after departure.
   
2. Adjustments to the custom difficulty:
   Reduced NPC stats bonuses
   Extensive changes to NPC bonus traits, trait numbers and effects
   Updated score coefficients and new achievements reflecting these changes.
   
3. Fist and palm external skills can now bypass weapon type restrictions, albeit at the expense of non-glove weapon attributes and effects.
   
4. Bond Martial Arts received tweaks, with increased battle intent requirements and enhanced effects for both damage and non-damage variants.
   
5. Vitality experience from food consumption receives a boost for quicker character development.
   
6. Ling Mengdie now offers clues about the Goddess Temple's pearl while in the team.
   
7. Invitation conditions for Ya Qin have been changed.
   
8. Teammates recruited through unconventional means can no longer be placed in the homestead, ensuring consistency in gameplay mechanics.

1. Pets no longer vanish post-release.
   
2. Escaping prison no longer triggers subsequent prison events.
   
3. Certain martial arts no longer cause game freezes when executed.
   
4. Quick martial arts upgrades during resets have been addressed.
   
5. Negative kindness at Confucius Temple no longer prompts confinement events.
   
6. Pawnshop transactions no longer result in game freezes.
