Anshar Publishing Voice-Over Contest – Terms and Conditions [/h3][p]
1. Organizer [/p][p]The contest is organized by Anshar Publishing. [/p][p]
2. Eligibility [/p][p]The contest is open to all members of the Bytebond community. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. [/p][p]
3. How to Enter [/p][p]a. Watch the provided contest video.
b. Provide the voice-overs of your production for the robot characters in the scenes.
c. Submit your entry by August 15 via X, Bluesky, YouTube or TikTok tagging Anshar Publishing and using the hashtag #BytebondVO.
d. Multiple entries are allowed. [/p][p]
4. Submission Guidelines [/p][p]a. All entries must be original and created by you.
b. Only respectful and appropriate submissions will be considered. Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful material will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
c. Entries must be submitted by August 15. [/p][p]
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright [/p][p]By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that all submitted audio recordings and related content become the exclusive property of Anshar Publishing. Participants hereby irrevocably forfeit any and all copyright and related rights to their submitted content, and waive any claims to compensation or royalties for its use in the game or related promotional materials. The Organizer reserves the right to edit, modify, reproduce, and use the submitted content in any manner and in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity. [/p][p]
6. Selection of Winners [/p][p]a. The Organizer will review all eligible entries and select winners at its sole discretion, based on criteria determined by the Organizer (such as creativity, quality, and suitability for the game).
b. The main prize winner’s voice-over may be featured in the game. Additional winners may receive game keys or other prizes as specified.
c. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. [/p][p]
7. Prizes [/p][p]a. The main prize is the inclusion of the winner’s voice-over in the game.
b. Additional prizes include game keys for Bytebond.
c. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. [/p][p]
8. Announcing Winners [/p][p]Winners will be announced on all of Anshar Publishing’s social media channels mentioned above, as well as on Discord and will reach out to the winners on the platforms the video were submitted on August 19. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner. [/p][p]
9. General Conditions [/p][p]a. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time.
b. By submitting videos with the produced voice-over, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. [/p][p]
