We know how much you love to keep your creations looking fresh so here’s a present to help you do so ☺️[/p][p][/p][h3]General Game Improvements![/h3][p]🌞 We’ve made various QOL improvements on placement/interaction, you all should have an easier time now![/p][p]✅ Added a manual save button in the main menu[/p][p]🔙 We have answered the second biggest feature request… The train can now go backwards !!!!! ‘I Like Trains’ Bundle!

[p]Hey guys,[/p][p][/p][p]We’re popping by today to let you know we’ve bundled up with Train Valley: Origins for this aptly named package ‘I Like Trains’!
Train Valley: Origins is a lovely railroad management game, made by indie studio Flazm, which launched earlier today. If you like trains as much as we do, we think you’ll love this bundle![/p][p][/p][p]And for those of you who’ve been playing Islands & Trains and have left us feedback, we want you to know that we’re listening and working hard to implement the changes you’re asking for!

First update since launch!

Hey everyone,

We hope you’ve been enjoying Islands & Trains so far ☺️ We’ve loved seeing your creations and reading your reviews! Please do keep them coming 🙏

As a thank you for being so supportive, we’ve been working on some updates to make our game even better…

We’ve added 5 new assets to further diversify your builds! Here’s a sneak peak, but to get the full effect you’ll have to dive into the game and include them in your creations!

We’ve now added Hungarian translations so that all of our friends in Hungary can enjoy Islands & Trains too!

New city builder Islands and Trains is a relaxing alternative to Cities Skylines

There's something tremendously relaxing about putting together the perfect rail network. Games like Cities Skylines are great for it, but sometimes the overarching management elements can be overwhelming. Transport Fever 3 is on the way, but what about something simpler, prettier, and cozier, and that you can play right now? Islands and Trains delivers exactly what it promises, and once you've seen it in action you'll immediately understand why it caught my eye. Out now on Steam, this is pure delight at a budget price.

Islands & Trains is about exactly what it sounds like, and it's out today

What do you think Islands & Trains is about? I'm not going to give you long, because it really is just right there in the name. As you've presumably already guessed, it is a quaint-looking sandbox builder where you make tiny diorama-like islands, adorning them with tracks for trains to choo-choo along. I told you, it's a name that does what it says on the tin, and if it appeals to you at all, well, there's some good news, as it just came out today.
