Best MW2 Loadout of the Week - the ultimate meta class for Warzone 2

If you're something of a meta-chaser when it comes to the Call of Duty multiplayer experience on offer in Modern Warfare 2 and the battle royale experience on offer in Warzone 2, you're in luck. It's time to talk about the Best MW2 Loadout of the Week and this time around we're here to make sure you can take full advantage of the two weapons at the top of the Warzone 2 meta: the ISO Hemlock and the Lachmann Sub.

The ISO Hemlock is a new-ish addition to MW2 and Warzone 2, but it's one of the best Modern Warfare 2 guns available right now and a fantastic long-range option in Al Mazrah and Ashika Island. In addition to this, the Lachmann Sub - which we should really be referring to as 'ol reliable' is still at the top of its' game when it comes to fast-firing mobile SMGs.

This one shot sniper is only available in Warzone 2 for a limited time

St. Patrick's Day is here once again and Call of Duty, as you may have expected, is going quite hard with the celebrations. There's a festive Conor operator bundle to buy, the waters of Al Mazrah are bright green, and you should spot some rainbows in the skies. However, there's also an exclusive new one shot sniper available in Warzone 2 - and you're really going to want to get your hands on it while you can.

As explained by Call of Duty content creator 'Geeky Pastimes' here, battle royale players can currently find a new gold-green Victus XMR weapon blueprint in Warzone 2 that's "a one shot kill anywhere on the body" - and you'll be the only person in your lobby with your hands on it.

We know that the best Warzone 2 Victus XMR loadouts are quite hard-hitting, but this build - whatever it might be - is on another level. It's easily the best Warzone 2 sniper rifle option available right now - but, as we mentioned before, you're not going to have long to check it out.

Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded patch notes detail nerf to popular gun

Well, would you look at that. The Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded patch notes have just dropped and there's a whole host of weapon changes coming to the free-to-play battle royale shooter. If you're a fan of this FPS, though, you're going to want to know that the recently-added KV Broadside shotgun is being hit with a huge nerf in the latest update - alongside a few other changes. We have everything you need to know below.

We know a KV Broadside nerf sucks, but it's not all bad. As you can see for yourself in these Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded patch notes from the Call of Duty Blog, you can see that the KV Broadside shotgun will deal reduced lower torso damage. Not only this, but both the 12 Guage Ammo and the Dragon's Breath Ammo is going to deal reduced damage - at all ranges.

When you marry these two together (congratulations) and couple it with the minor increase to flinch on all shotguns, it's safe to say that this could have a devastating effect on the KV Broadside. So, it's time to check out your best Warzone 2 KV Broadside loadout and see what needs changing.

Sneaky new Warzone 2 setting will save you from flashbang blindness

The latest content update for Warzone 2 is almost upon us and there's quite a lot to look forward to - with a new marksman rifle joining the armoury and more weapon camo challenges to complete throughout the remainder of the season. There is, however, also a sneaky new accessibility feature hidden away in the Warzone 2 settings you're going to want to check out. If you're someone who feels like they're being blinded by the bright white screen that pops up when you're hit with a flashbang in-game, there's going to be a way to deal with that going forwards.

Following the Warzone 2 Season 2 Reloaded release time, and the associated title update for this FPS, players should be able to head into the "Interface" settings tab in-game and find something called "Inverted Flash" - it's an option that should be under the "Advanced Interface Settings" section of this menu (as shown by CharlieIntel in this tweet).

As the name of this sneaky setting suggests, players will be able to - and we quote the menu itself for this one - "replace the bright white flash effect of flash grenades with a low-light black effect". It's our understanding that this setting will be available as soon as the title update for Season 2 Reloaded is complete. However, you might have to wait until the season starts to access it - depending on your platform.
