In-game Refund Policy Related Issue Announcement
Dear CEOs,
To provide a more optimal service, the URL of the Terms of Service has been changed due to the website renewal on April 12, 2023.
However, the URL change has not been applied to the refund policy button displayed when making in-app purchases in the game, causing difficulties in accessing and viewing the refund policy within the game.
Currently, you can access the service terms and conditions, including the refund policy, through the official CounterSide website. The issue with the refund policy button not functioning properly will be fixed during the maintenance scheduled for August 1st.

Dormant accounts that have not been used for a long period of time will be deleted during the maintenance in order to provide an optimal gaming environment.
▣ Criteria for Deleting Dormant Accounts
Accounts that have not been accessed in the last 1 year.
Accounts with the last login date and account creation date are within 3 days.
Accounts with a company level of 10 or below.
Accounts with no payment history.
Accounts with no consortium membership history.
※ Deletion will be carried out for accounts that meet all of the above 5 criteria.
※ Deleted account information cannot be recovered.
※ The schedule and criteria for deletion are subject to change based on internal circumstances.

A new season of Counter Pass begins.
This season is [ Levia Thanis ].
◆ Clearing Counter Pass
You can clear the Counter Pass Missions to increase the pass level while acquiring the necessary materials for unit growth.
Counter Pass missions are divided into [Daily Mission] and [Weekly Missions].
In the [Daily Mission], 10 missions are given daily; you can choose 6 from the 10 to clear the given mission.
If the given mission is not up to your taste, you can select the reroll option to renew the mission.
You can re-roll the mission for free for the first 3 times, and up to 5 more times afterward by spending credits.
If you clear more than 6 missions, you can earn extra pass experience.
In the [Weekly Mission], 10 missions are given every Monday at 04:00 UTC-9.
You can re-roll the mission for free for the first 3 times, and up to 5 more times afterward by spending credits.
You can earn extra pass experience by completing 2nd and 4th-week missions.
