[Resolved] Notice Regarding STEAM Access in Certain Regions

[p][/p][p]Dear CEOs,[/p][p]We would like to inform you that CEOs attempting to access CounterSide Global via Steam from the TW, MO, and HK regions may currently experience difficulties connecting to the game, as the regional restrictions on Steam have not yet been lifted.[/p][p][/p][p]We have already submitted a request to Steam to remove the regional access restrictions for these regions.[/p][p]
However, please note that it may take some time for the changes to be applied.[/p][p][/p][p]In the meantime, we kindly ask affected CEOs to proceed with the service transfer process using a mobile environment until access via Steam becomes available.[/p][p][/p][p]We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you.[/p][p]

CounterSide TW Account Transfer Guide

[p][/p][p]Dear CEOs,[/p][p]With the integration of the CounterSide TW server into the CounterSide Global server, the service publisher has been unified under StudioBside.[/p][p]To ensure a smooth and secure transfer of your TW server accounts to the Global server, please follow the instructions provided below.

 [/p][p]1. Download CounterSide from Google Playstore, Apple Appstore, or STEAM.[/p][p]\[Download Links]

After completing the download and installation, launch the game and select the GLOBAL SERVER option.[/p][p][/p][p]3.
