With the CounterSide SEA server’s merge, we have requested an unlock on the SEA region to allow SEA region’s CEOs to be able to download CounterSide Global’s game client.

However, due to the delayed response from STEAM and Apple Appstore, it may be difficult to find CounterSide Global’s store page.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we will consistently get in touch with both stores as soon as possible to allow our SEA region’s CEOs to be able to join the game.

With the CounterSide SEA server merging into the CounterSide Global server,
The publisher of the game has been changed to StudioBside.

Therefore, to safely transfer your SEA server accounts to Global,
Please follow the guide as stated below.

1. Download CounterSide from Google Playstore, Apple Appstore, or STEAM.

2. After finishing the download and installation, please enter the game after selecting the GLOBAL SERVER option.

3. Select the gear icon to open the [Settings] screen at the top right, and select [Manage Account > Enter Transfer Code].



4. On the [Service Transfer Notice] screen, type in the Transfer Code you received from the CounterSide SEA server.


★ If you are going to override the Global account's information, the Global account's information has to meet all 3 of the following conditions.

1. The account has to be under level 10.
   
2. The account should not have any purchase records.
   
3. The account is not a guest account.
   

5. After reviewing your account is correctly displayed, please select [Confirm].


[h3]★ After the process, it is irreversible! Therefore, make sure you double-check before pressing that button.[/h3]

6. When the process is complete, the game will close to refresh the account data.
