This is Kim Hyun Soo, the Head PD of CounterSide.

The development team has concluded that the current Up System needs to be improved to address the growing roster of new employees in the Gauntlet Ranked Battle. As such, we plan to revamp the Up System to provide all CEOs with a more enjoyable and balanced experience.

The direction the development team is heading towards is as follows.


[h2]▣ UP System Revision Plan[/h2]

• 
  Each employee can only be selected for Up once per season.
  
  
• 
  SR, Awakened, and Collaboration employees will be excluded from the Up pool.
  
  
• 
  The Up Candidate Selection Criteria
  
  • 
    Before: Employees with at least one victory.
    
  • 
    After: All employees.
    
    
• 
  Number of Up Employees
  
  • 
    Before: 4
    
  • 
    After: 3

[h2]▣ Temporary Suspension of Up Units[/h2]

To evaluate the impact of the Up System on the Gauntlet Ranked Battle, we will temporarily suspend the Up Unit selection for 2-3 weeks. During this period, Up units will not be selected.

The Up System changes outlined above are not finalized but rather represent our current direction for system adjustments.


We will continue to monitor the Ranked Battle environment and gather feedback from our CEOs to refine the system.

We encourage all CEOs to share their thoughts and suggestions regarding the Up System.

We will provide detailed information about the finalized changes in future developer notes or patch notes.
