Twitter login Issue Further Assistance Announcement




Dear CEOs,

  We would like to provide you with further instructions regarding the ongoing twitter login issue. This error occurs when users attempt to log in using the Twitter option and is caused by Twitter API adjustment.

 For those using Twitter-linked accounts, we recommend creating a new guest account and submitting it to our customer center. We will link your existing account information to the new guest account.

 Please refer to the following information below to check out how to change the linked account information. We also encourage CEOs who are currently using Twitter-linked accounts to consider changing their linked information.

▣ Twitter Linked Account Information Change Request Details:

  • For the existing account:
     A screenshot of the [Settings > Management Account ] screen (please include the Business Registration Number, Member code, and Nickname)
  • If not available please send your Business Registration Number, Member code, and Nickname

  • For the new guest account to be linked:
    A screenshot of the [Settings > Management Account ] screen

  • Company level

  • Recent access date (if you cannot access)

  • Google Play Store receipt (GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000)

Tempering with Game Data and Unnatural Acquisition of Information Notice



Dear CEOs,

While monitoring CounterSide, we confirmed a post about CounterSide’s game client’s data tempered.

Many of our CEOs have shown concerns about game client alteration adversely affecting a fair gaming environment.

Other than the [ Practice Mode ] provided in the game, every CounterSide battle is processed in the game server, hence tempering the game client cannot bring any advantages in doing so.

Additionally, a few CEOs continuously spread game information that is not yet updated in the game gained through abnormal behaviors.

Information in the game client that is not yet updated to the game continuously changes, hence that information is highly likely to change until it goes live.

As such, please withhold practices of dispersing information gained through abnormal behaviors, since doing so may cause confusion among the CEOs due to differences between the information gained beforehand and the content that is live in-game.

We hope this announcement will alleviate worries from our CEOs, and will continuously do our best of our abilities to keep a clean and fair gaming condition.

Apologies And Future Plans For Co-op Battle Error (Added)

Dear CEOs,
This is Kim Hyun Soo, the Head PD of CounterSide.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent error after the new season [Demolition Worm] co-op battle updates. The error caused the reset of the artifacts acquired in the arena and the progress of the co-op battle boss. We appreciate your support for the co-op battle update, especially your efforts to overcome difficulties in the new season's boss battles even in non-ideal conditions.

We also apologize for not promptly informing you of the error and for the inadequate response to the inconvenience and effort you may have experienced due to the error.

We plan to fix the co-op battle error as follows:

Due to the recent error, many consortiums were unable to proceed with the co-op battle properly. Therefore, we will maintain this Consortium season but reset the co-op battle score and ranking to ensure fair competition between consortiums. We will fix the error during the May 10th Scheduled maintenance, so all consortiums can proceed with the co-op battle under the same conditions.

We acknowledge that this may be seen as unfair to consortium members who did not experience the error. However, we would like for your understanding for fair co-op battle proceedings for all CEOs.

※ Please be advised that the any unacquired co-op season rewards will reset due to the score reset. If you have not received your rewards yet, please make sure to receive them before the May 10th Scheduled maintenance.

※ If you have received the co-op seasonal rewards, the progress will not reset. (Added)

Moreover, we plan to add a retreat option to Co-op battle practice mode this month, therefore our CEOs can prepare for the co-op battle more flexibly.

We understand that no compensation can fully resolve the inconvenience caused by the error. However as for our apology, we have prepared the following compensation:
