Announcement on the Activity Pledge Package #16



Dear CEOs,

We would like to inform you that there is an error with the [Activity Pledge Package #16] currently on sale, which results in a discrepancy between the consumption of eternium and the amount of quartz rewards given at each stage.

The activity pledge consists of items that can be acquired immediately upon purchase and additional rewards given upon achieving gameplay goals.

Each stages in the [Activity Pledge Package #16] currently on sale requires CEOs to spend 150,000 eternium which is equivalent to the total amount of eternium to complete the previous Activity Pledges.

As a result, spending 150,000 eternium will grant you all the rewards for stages 1 to 4 collectively, and additional 900 Quartz are given compared to the previous Activity Pledges.

However, since the total eternium consumption for the final reward of the [Activity Pledge Package #16] remains the same, we do not plan to carry out separate data modifications or retrieval measures. Starting from the [Activity Pledge Package #17], the eternium consumption levels and quartz rewards will be adjusted back to normal.

Known Issues



Dear CEOs,

We’d like to inform you about the current list of known issues.

As these issues are currently under investigation, and this list will be updated regularly for any issues listed are resolved.

- An issue where Alternium Reactor's level won't drop in accordance with the ban level.

[h3]▷Fixed Issues[/h3]

- An issue where [Equipment Filter] is not working properly as intended.

- An issue where the maximum operation count goes over the number of [Exploration Permit] a user has upon proceeding to a [Safe Mine].

- An issue where the [Sold Out] mark is not being displayed upon purchasing the maximum amount of package items sold in the [Shop].

- An issue where Yoo Mina, Hilde, & Joo Shiyoon is placed in the [ Main Lobby ] under certain circumstances.

> This can be adjusted manually by going into the [Settings].

- An issue where C.C. is showing up in the [Scout] menu to some CEOs.

- An issue where an error would popup upon entry to [Hana Talk]'s [Consortium] option and cannot close the error pop up.

- An issue where an unreleased employee's name is displayed in the [Combat Environment] inside the Danger Close.

- An issue where [Half Anniversary] Operator Selector coupon is causing an UI Error upon use.

- An issue where prestige skin for Tenured President Regina MacCready, Midsummer Tryst, has an additional object on its skill cut-in when there is not supposed to be.

- An issue where in the gear filter section, [Incoming Healing -] is listed when it is supposed to be [Incoming Healing +].

- An issue where [The Wall]'s gauge would reset when it is hit by crowd control.

- An issue where all the units' classes are being displayed as [Strikers].

- An issue where [Binding Factor] and [Tuning Core] has the description mixed up with each other.

- An issue where if the CEO does not have enough materials and goes to the Alternium Reactor interface, a pop-up would continuously show up stating lack of materials.

- An issue where with the Alternium Reactor interface and opening the [Management Guide], it would send the CEOs to the [Tacticap Update] guide, not the [Alternium Reactor].

- An issue where if the CEO places the unit with maxed-out tactical upgrades, the placed unit will not have the effect as intended.

ㄴThis will be resolved if the CEOs log into the game.

- An issue where [Terraside Battlefield Victory Celebration Recruitment] still has a red dot even though the recruitment is already done.
ㄴ An issue where the red dot still exists if the CEO has recruited the Hilde: Siegfried Type before the server patch on Aug. 10.

[Dev Notes #13] July 2023 Dev Notes Part 2



Dear CEOs,
This is Kim Hyun Soo, the Head PD of CounterSide.

On July 24th, in celebration of our half-anniversary, part 1 of Dev Notes including a brief introduction of the upcoming content.


We would like to express our gratitude to all the CEOs who have shown great anticipation and support for the news. In this Dev Notes, we will guide you through some of the changes to the previously announced updates from part 1, along with additional new content that will be added.


[h2][ Flame / Wild Relic Gear Improvements][/h2]

First, we would like to give you an update on improvements to Flame/Wild Relic gears.

In our previous developer's note, we announced the removal of set options related to role advantages for Flame/Wild Relic gears, the addition of new set options, and adjustments to the required number of gears for certain set options.

Following the feedback from our CEOs about related balance adjustments, there will be additional changes to the improvements of Flame/Wild Relic gears. You can find detailed information in the table below:

◆ Wild & Flame Relic Set Option Changes


We'd like to inform you that the set option changes will also be applied to "Legacy" gears.

However, please be aware that even after the update, the previous set options will remain in effect without any changes, even if that set option on the gear was on the list of changes. However, if you choose to reset the set options, the previous set effects will be removed.

The improvements to Flame/Wild Relic gears are scheduled to be applied through the update on August 9, 2023.


[h2][Alternium Reactor][/h2]

We have continuously received significant interest, anticipation, and worries from our CEOs regarding the Alternium Reactor.

Taking feedback into consideration, adjustments will be made to the resources used in the Altarium Reactor and certain employees' abilities.

Firstly, we will address the number of resources consumed in the Altarium Reactor. As previously mentioned, the Altarium Reactor consists of a total of 5 stages, and as the stages increase, the amount of resources consumed gradually rises.

However, in response to the CEOs' worries about excessive resource consumption, we have decided to reduce the overall quantity of resources used in the Altarium Reactor and adjust the required amount of resources for each stage.

For detailed information on the consumed resources, please refer to the table below.

Next, let's talk about adjustments to the abilities of the Altarium Reactor.

The level 1 Altarium Reactor ability for [Yoo Mina: Fenrir Type] is currently designed to activate a Special Skill regardless of the current cooldown and grant Immortality for 10 seconds when her HP drops below 1%.

As a result, the Altarium Reactor ability of [Yoo Mina: Fenrir Type] is currently under review and will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that the Altarium Reactor is a system developed for the growth of existing employees, and rearmed employees are not included.

These adjustments will be applied through the update on August 9, 2023.


[h2][Half Anniversary Raid Event][/h2]

To commemorate the half anniversary, the raids period for each boss will be adjusted to allow you to quickly obtain raid rewards.

The raid event will commence on August 2, and we hope that through this event, our CEOs will be able to obtain raid rewards quickly and easily.

[h2][Tactical Update - Addition of Maximum Level Effect and Portrait Icon Improvements][/h2]

Through the update on August 9, an additional effect will be added when reaching the maximum Tactical Update level.

When a specific employee's Tactical Update reaches the maximum level, the color of each stage in the Tactical Update will change to purple, and a special effect will be added to signify the achievement of the maximum stage.

The effect and the changing colors at the maximum level of the Tactical Update are as follows:





Furthermore, the employee's class and attack type (Ground, Air, & All-around Attack) icon displayed in the portrait have been integrated, allowing CEOs to conveniently check both the class and attack type in the management section.

[h2][Damage Immunity Issue Correction] [/h2]

Regarding the damage immunity effect, it is supposed to grant immunity to all types of attacks when active.

However, it has been confirmed that as of this moment, the damage immunity effect is not activating for some attacks.

The targets that have been identified so far are as follows, and additional targets may be added if further issues are discovered.

This issue will be addressed and corrected through the update on August 9, 2023.
