1. After clearing the Mainstream EP.3, you will get Yoo Mina: Type Fenrir for free from the Old Relationship Episode Clear Celebration Recruitment.




2. Substream event currency drop will now drop 5 times more from the previous 3 folds.


3. Coalition Buff’s duration and cost will be updated.



Upon leaving the consortium, the coalition buff will be removed upon leaving.


4. Maestra Nequitia’s Tactical Update levels 1 and 4 will change to DMG Taken RDC.




5. The returning user mission will be revamped.



- If you have cleared the returning mission before, you are allowed to clear it once more.

- If you were doing the returning mission, the mission will automatically change to the revamped mission.

• 
  For example, if you have 3 days remaining to clear the old returnee mission, upon replacing it with the new one, the timer will also reset to 14 days.
  

6. Operator Collection will be added.


7. The remaining craft limit carryover system for the S-Fusion Core will be added.


8. The Fusion Cores required to level employees each step from level 100 to 110 will be adjusted.

1. A fix where some of the employee’s attack effects appear halted.

Dear CEOs,

We are providing additional information regarding the cumulative crafting count for [S-Fusion Core] as announced in the CounterSide Origin 2nd Anniversary Talk:Side.

Starting from the update on February 12, a crafting production function for [S-Fusion Core] will be added, and the existing [S-Fusion Core] mold will be removed. The new [S-Fusion Core] mold with a cumulative function will be added.

Therefore, if you have completed the creation of the existing [S-Fusion Core] mold before the scheduled maintenance on February 12, you will be able to create [S-Fusion Core] with new molds after the update.

■ Example

- Feb. 10 - 12 Before Maintenance: Completed crafting 15 S-Fusion Cores

- After Feb 12 Maintenance - Feb. 17: Can create 15 S-Fusion Core again.


※ S-Fusion Core crafting count that was not used before the Feb. 12 maintenance will not count toward the accumulation.

The overview and explanation of the 2025 updates we introduced during today's broadcast.




[h2]▣ New Awakened Employee – Sprouting Star Solovey[/h2]



Solovey was introduced in the Mainstream EP.12 Garden of Memories and will join us as a new Awakened employee in February 2025.




Solovey is a Ranger with Sure Fire ranged attacks utilizing her plant-based abilities.




She is designed to deal massive damage to enemies with high EVA, working in synergy with nearby allies.




[h2]▣ New Substream – Winter Vacation[/h2]



The new Substream, Winter Vacation, will follow Seo Yoon, who has recently returned to work alone after a serious injury sustained during the previous Qliphoth Game. The story unfolds as she meets a new Grade S Counter who has just joined the Coffin Company.




Expect a fun and exciting story featuring a powerful rookie with a lack of common sense, a resourceful but less talented veteran, and a newly introduced C.O. character.




[h2]▣ New SSR Employee – Free Agent Seo Yoon[/h2]



The new SSR employee, Free Agent Seo Yoon, will join us in a Supporter role, utilizing her unique telekinetic abilities to provide offensive buffs to her allies.




Seo Yoon, specifically designed to grant a buff to CRIT-focused allies, will maximize the team's offensive capabilities.




Look forward to experiencing a whole new side of Seo Yoon as she transitions from a Ranger to a Supporter.




Free Agent Seo Yoon will appear in the February 2025 Counter Pass.




[h2]▣ New SSR Employee – Nibble[/h2]



Nibble, a new SSR Ranger, is a ranged attacker who shoots thorns from her tail.




She is designed to excel especially against Counters and Defenders.




Look forward to welcoming Nibble to the team through Normal Recruitment at the end of February.




[h2]▣ New Skin – Masquerade of Innocence Lily[/h2]




With the arrival of the CounterSide Origin 2nd Anniversary, a new skin has arrived.




We're excited to introduce a brand new skin for Lily!




This all-new look for Lily will reveal a side of her you've never seen before.









[h2]▣ 6th Prestiege Service [/h2]



To celebrate the Origin 2nd Anniversary, we are excited to announce a new Prestige Service skin!




Following the conclusion of the 5th Prestige Service featuring Solar Codex Yuna Springfield skin "Your Guardian Angel" in February, we're thrilled to introduce the 6th Prestige Service.




As previously teased, this new skin will be for our beloved protagonist, Yoo Mina: Fenrir Type.







The 6th Prestige Service skin, Wolf’s Wintering, depicts Mina and the CEO standing together in a world on the brink of destruction. This skin emphasizes Mina's wolf-like characteristics and features a higher level of detail than previous skins.




The skin will be available starting February 12, following the conclusion of the 5th Prestige Service.

[h2]■ New Counter Pass – Exorcist Vanguard ??? [/h2]



Following the conclusion of the February Counter Pass, which featured Free Agent Seo Yoon, a new Counter Pass employee in March is Exorcist Vanguard.




Like Seo Yoon, this new employee is a Persona version of an existing employee. Get ready to discover a whole new side of your favorite employee.




[h2]■ New Awakened Employee – ???[/h2]



The next new Awakened employee will be making a debut in April alongside the new Substream.




As you may have already seen in the silhouette, this new employee is a nun. The contrast between the employee's pious appearance and a formidable weapon is sure to intrigue CEOs.




Our development team is working hard to bring you a truly memorable employee.

[h2]■ New Substream – Moonlight[/h2]



The upcoming April Substream, Moonlight, will explore the story of a cult of phony nuns who exploit the Counterside Effect as a spiritual phenomenon to extort money from people.




A wealthy person from Chamber, the main stage of the previous Substream Fallen Floor, has tasked these nuns with resolving the supposed spiritual phenomenon. To do so, they will attempt a carefully crafted scam.




Will their scheme succeed? And what dark secrets lie behind their forced lives as nuns? Find out in April.




[h2]■ New Gauntlet Skin – Empress of the End World Replacer Queen[/h2]



A new Gauntlet season begins in April, bringing with it a brand-new skin for the Awakened employee, Replacer Queen. This new skin, "Empress of the End World," maintains the consistent theme of the previous Replacer skins.




To acquire this exclusive skin, reach Diamond League or higher in ranked battles during the season.




[h2]■ Employee / Gear Search Function[/h2]





There is a difficulty in quickly finding specific employees and gears using the current filter and sorting functions.




To address this, we are introducing a new search function that allows CEOs to search for employees and gears by name.




When searching for an employee, the search will return all employees whose names contain the search term. For example, searching for "Mina" will return results for SR Yoo Mina, SSR Expert Mercenary Yoo Mina, Yoo Mina: Fenrir Type.




Similarly, searching for gears will return results based on the gear’s name, type, set bonuses, etc.




With this new feature, you can easily manage your growing collection of employees and Equipment.




[h2]■ Remaining Craft Limit Carryover[/h2]



※ The time in the screenshot is in (UTC+9).




Following the recent update that introduced the employee max level expansion to 120, we have added a new resource, S-Fusion Core. As most of the CEOs are aware, the weekly craft limit for S-Fusion Cores is set at 15. Previously, any unused craft quota would be reset every Monday, regardless of whether you were able to craft the maximum number of cores.




To alleviate the constraints caused by the remaining crafting count for S-Fusion Cores, starting from February 12, any unused weekly craft limit will be carried over to the following week.




For example, if you only use 10 of your 15 weekly crafts in a given week, you'll have 20 crafts available the following week.




Please note that this change will only apply to craft limits starting from February 12 due to technical limitations.




[h2]■ Operator Collection[/h2]



Following the update that added profiles for our employees, we have heard your requests for profiles for operators.




We are excited to announce that operators will now have profiles, similar to employees.




Please note that since operators don't directly participate in combat, their profiles may not include combat-related stats such as CRF.




We hope you enjoy learning more about your favorite operators through these new profiles.




[h2]■ Awakened Employee / Operator Custom Pickup Recruitment[/h2]








CounterSide currently features a Custom Pickup Recruitment system that allows CEOs to directly recruit desired SSR employees. However, this system has previously been limited to regular SSR employees, excluding Awakened employees and operators. This meant that CEOs had to wait for specific recruitment schedules to acquire their desired Awakened employees or operators.




To address this inconvenience, we are introducing an updated Custom Pickup Recruitment system for Awakened employees and operators in the February update.




For Awakened Custom Pickup Recruitment, we have set the number of recruitment target selections that CEOs want to 50, enabling CEOs to attempt to recruit any Awakened employee during the event period. Similar to Classified Recruitment, the number of Classified Recruitment attempts will be shared across all Awakened Custom Pickup Recruitment events.




For Operator Custom Pickup Recruitment, we have also set the number of recruitment selections to 50, allowing CEOs to recruit any desired operator during the event period.




Please note that the recruitment count for Operator Custom Pickup Recruitment will accumulate separately from other recruitment methods.




Furthermore, we are increasing the number of recruitment selections for regular SSR employee Custom Pickup Recruitment from 3 to 50. We understand that 3 recruitment selections were insufficient for CEOs to acquire their desired SSR employees. With this increase, we hope you have a better chance of recruiting the employees.




[h2]■ Returning User Mission Revamp[/h2]



In order to assist CEOs who have been away from CounterSide in quickly reintegrating into the game, we have updated the Returning User Missions.




The rewards for these missions have been revised to include valuable items such as Fusion Cores and S-Fusion Cores, enabling returning CEOs to quickly adjust to the game.




Furthermore, we have reset the progress history for Returning User Missions. This allows CEOs who may have previously completed the missions but have since returned to the game to take advantage of the updated rewards and benefits in the future.




[h2]■ Maestra Nequitia Tactical Update Revision[/h2]



Maestra Nequitia, unlike other employees, has a unique combat style that doesn't involve basic attacks. As a result, she didn't fully benefit from previous Tactical Updates in the same way as other employees.




To address this, we have adjusted the effects of Tactical Updates for Maestra Nequitia. Specifically, we have changed the effects of Lv.1 and Lv.4 Tactical Updates from increasing DMG AMP to DMG Taken RDC. This adjustment will allow her to navigate to the center of the battlefield more safely.









[h2]■ Increase Substream Event Currency Amount[/h2]



With the increasing demand for Eternium to obtain gears, resources, and other in-game items, farming event currency from Substreams to acquire collectible Flashback Scenes has become a significant burden for CEOs. To address this, we have been running weekly events that triple the amount of event currency dropped in specific Substreams.




However, as the number of episodes continues to grow, we understand that the demand for Eternium remains high. To provide further relief, we are increasing the drop rate for event currency in these events from 3 to 5 folds. While this may not completely solve the Eternium shortage, we hope it will make farming event currency in Substreams a bit easier.
