In the [Maid’s Virtues] challenge, you can get [I’m Mone-chain, ma’am!] which you can use to craft Exclusive Gear. Moreover, there is a slight chance for the full exclusive gear to drop after a successful run.

This is Kim Hyun Soo, the Head PD of CounterSide.

In relation to the October update content introduced through the last developer's notes, we would like to share information regarding the current progress of development.

[h3][ Gauntlet ][/h3]

1. Damage Increase Based on Remaining Time

As previously mentioned in the developer's notes, our development team has observed that the average combat time for Gentlet has become too long.

As such, we applied the effect of damage increase by +100% & +200% damage when 1 min 30s & 1 min remain respectively.

However, due to concerns about the excessiveness of this effect, the implementation has been removed through a recent patch.

Currently, the development team is testing a revised effect where damage increases by +30% & +60% damage when 1 min 30s & 1 min remain respectively.

Additionally, we are working on a feature to remove the threshold break exclusively for Gauntlet. After the completion, we plan to test it alongside the damage +30% / +60% effect.

We will ensure that the application of the damage increase is thoroughly tested to provide a better experience.


2. Rotation UP Unit Selection Rules

Here are the rules for selecting Gentlet's rotation UP units.

The primary criteria for selecting UP units is that the unit has to win a Ranked Match at least once within the last two weeks from the point of UP unit selection. The units in the rotation & casting bans are excluded from the UP list along with the collaboration units.

Among the selected units meeting the first criteria (only including SR/SSR rarity) above, the system will then randomly choose four units from the lower 50% of those with the lowest number of victories.

We hope that this explanation clarifies any curiosities and doubts about the rules for selecting rotation UP units.


[h3][Contest Skin - Ministra ][/h3]

We are currently working on the contest skin for Ministra, the winner of the skin contest held in February.

This skin will not only be for Ministra but also for the variant Spira that Ministra summons.



Furthermore, the contest skin for Ministra will also include an illustration of her sword rotating around her.

More information will be revealed further down the road, so please look forward to the news!

- Open ID means a piece of personal information that is created from social platform login information (Facebook, Google, Apple, X (ex Twitter), etc.). The Company stores all Open IDs in an encrypted format to prevent any inappropriate uses.

① The User can request the deletion of the Open ID via in-game help, the Official Customer Center, or help email ([email protected]).

② Every Open ID requested for deletion will be processed within 30 days starting from the day of the request.

• If you do not express your refusal by the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy, you will be considered to have agreed to the revised content.
  
• If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you can apply for 'Account Deletion’ or raise objections through the [Customer Center]. However, please be aware that when you delete your account, all game information, including characters and items in your possession, will be permanently deleted, and this cannot be recovered.
  
• For inquiries regarding the revised Privacy Policy, please contact the [Customer Center].
