v1.18 Game Update
Also, a number of balance changes have been made to smoothen out the game experience, as well as 2 brand new challenge missions! (And yes, they are very challenging)

Additions
- 2 brand new challenges added to Meet your Makers!
- German translations have been added to the game!

Balance
- Presents spawn 30% faster in Collection Daily Missions
- Mission 8, Spores spawn 30% slower overall, but now gradually spawn more as the fight goes on
- Mission 8, Boss rockets fire 15% slower and home-in 25% slower
- Mission 9, Infected damage reduced by 20%
- Mission 10, Infected have 20% less health
- Mission 15, Bonus objective changed to "Beat in 3 minutes"
- Mission 19, Done soldiers have -20% health and -15% damage
- Challenge 6, Player health and damage boosted by 20%
- Challenge 11, Enemy health reduced by 20%
- Challenge 11-2, Enemy health reduced by 20% and their Ability charge speed reduced by 30%
- Challenge 12, bonus objectives changed to take low damage
- Challenge 12-2, Enemies no longer start with Butter Knives

Overall Difficulty
- Insane difficulty enemy Lvls now 41-50 (from 41-60)
- Lvl 30+ Enemies do 15% less damage to the player

Fixes
- Challenge 15-1 and 15-2 are playable again
- Overclock and Maximum Overdrive no longer make it harder to climb ledges
- Fixed a bug that made "Collection" mode show up in custom games (it should not)
- Fixed overlapping and misaligned text in certain languages (ie: Russian)
- Fixed tutorial mission controls not being translated

  • Custom game no longer starts scrolled to the bottom
  • Fixed a few Hud bugs introduced in the previous update
  • Final cutscene no longer shows the global leader without a mustache for a brief moment


Strike Force Heroes Christmas Update!



CHRISTMAS UPDATE!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

To help everyone get in the spirit, we're updating the game with free Christmas themed skins and a new map! Each Hero receives a brand new Legendary skin (with female variants) that can be found in the shop and slot machine.

The new map, Training Grounds, is available in Custom Game and Daily Missions, complete with holiday appropriate music! While the skins are permanent, the Christmas themed map is only here for a limited time, after which the Heroes will take down the decorations (the map will stay, just without the Christmas theme).

  • Daily Missions now exclusively feature the new festive Training map

  • More resolution fixes. While the game doesn't fully support ultrawide, it should feel less clunky
  • Daily Mission rewards are now a higher rarity (same as boss fights)
  • Daily Mission no longer displays English titles to Non-English languages

Strike Force Heroes Huge XP Update + Survey

Thank you all for actively providing feedback on the game since its release. We're hard at work updating the game and are rolling out the biggest change yet! The XP system has been significantly altered to allow lower level players the ability to level up much faster against higher level enemies in addition to teammates sharing a portion of XP from kills. We know that a number of players have expressed concerns about the game's difficulty being too high and so we have altered the difficulty of some of the maps, added some much needed ammo and health pickups, and enhanced the XP given from certain enemies.

In addition to that, we have created a difficulty survey and hope that you can take 5 minutes to fill it out as your feedback will help shape the game!

v1.13 - XP Overhaul (Less Grind!)

Big Xp/Grind Overhaul
We've heard your voices and the grind is over!
The goal with this update is to keep you leveled with the enemies, while allowing your other heroes to catch up to your main and level up very quickly. A number of EXP changes have been made, check it out below!

v1.13
XP & Leveling
- Xp required to level up at later levels reduced by half.
- Fighting higher level enemies now gives full Xp for their levels.
- Gain 50% Xp from any AI allies who gets the kills
- Gaining Xp when 3-4 levels under the mission level gives a moderate exp boost.
- Gaining Xp when 5+ levels under the mission level gives a huge exp boost.
- Bosses give Xp worth 25 kills (increased from 20)
- Zombies on Mission 9 are worth 200% Xp (increased from 100%)
- Zomgies on Mission 10 are worth 40% Xp (increased from 25%)

Balance
- Gain 50% more gold at higher levels
- Legendary weapons are 80% less likely to contain negative mods
- Epic/Rare are also ~50% less likely.
- AI will move more often as they level up (Lvl 30 AI will always be moving)
- Non-Legionary shields have their reflect chance reduced to 2.5% (from 5%)
- 9-Iron no longer reflects projectiles as it was never meant to (Baseball bat still does)
- Baseball bat attack speed reduced by 7%
- Enemies now show \* \* when using their Abilities. This should make it more clear than it is showing the name/face of who used their ability, and not that the enemy is actually saying "An enemy used x"
- Health/Ammo pickups added or upgraded to large in Crash, Foundry (boss version), Missile, and VTol maps
- Spawn points in objective modes are closer to center (instead of far ends of the map)
- All domination game modes have reduced score
- Lowered enemy count sin Mission 16, and all Missile side ops.
- Objective map spawns are closer to middle, not as far on the edges
- Behemoth spore health reduced by 50%
- Behemoth Spores will now move 25% further away when shot
- Behemoth Shield (his weapon) only blocks 20% damage (down from 50%)
- Max Heat drone health reduced by 25%

Fixes
- Enemies will no longer get stuck on objective maps
- Assault Drone and Bouncing Betty now display properly again
- Fixed a bump during the return section of Mission 9 that players could get stuck on
- Fixed Side Ops 13-2 & 12-3 that had ambient jungle sounds instead of actual music
- Final boss dialogue shifted to be less likely to overlap under certain conditions
- Teabagging (crouching on corpses) was modified to be much easier to perform
