Battle Colosseum - While motherboard and While RAM are functional!

While motherboard and while RAM enemies in battle colosseum are now functional!

Small post launch fixes

- Sorting issue on sam at pandemonium entrance
- If root of all evil gets angry they increase in damage. Reseting the battle adjusts damage to normal level
- If player by mistake managed to interact with corpses while claw picked them up the game softlocked, that has been fixed by disabling interaction a few seconds before claw catches player.

Gameover inventory softlock - final battle pause fixes

- If player gets defeated and opens up inventory inside the game over menu there was a chance the game got softlocked, this should now be fixed.

- During one of the riley battle if pausing/unpausing restarted some note behavior, this has been disabled.

Death defiance refresh in the liminal rooms

Another death defiance re-enable if player has gotten all soul weapons.
More as a sanity check so everyone will get the intended experience.

Riley death defiance - Potential fix

For some players the death defiance was deactivated (but had functioning User-Interface).
We added another function to re-enable death defiance before the battle in hopes that this solves for these edge cases.

Axe upgrade with low cast description proofread.

Double D's dialogue adjusted to avoid overlap in moon room.
