Small fixes for hairball + battle colosseum tape
- The tape was visible in first encounter with Double D. This should be removed.
- Some flashing VFX has been disabled if image sensitivity is activated.

Go into the Battle Colosseum and you will have more fights in the arena waiting for you.

Small gameplay fixes
- If player has not finished game and wanders deep in spoiler section is in battle colosseum they can now get out from softlocked situation if speaking to secretary.
- For loop resets loop count at start of battle
