Battles in custom worlds that do 0 damage do not reset player energy.
This is so chain-inv projectiles should work as intended

-If player paused same time when dying they were granted invulnerability, this has been fixed.
- Raven's comments don't appear in Raven's Hub if Raven is not there.
- Small localization fix.
