Happy to report that we've had very few bugs reported so this is just a minor update. The fixes for V1.04 are as follows:-

-Fixed rare progression blocker where you can sprint from a non-Hermes friend favour to a gull and skip the dialogue quickly, meaning his points aren't allocated directly.

-Fixed a typo in the game's final scene

After a long development road, I can finally announce that Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island is now available to play!

Launching a game is always an exciting (and terrifying) time. After three years, we're very excited to finally share our tiny team's hard work with players around the world. We've put a lot of ourselves into the game, and we hope you enjoy playing.

We've worked hard to craft Mythwrecked with care and consideration and put a lot of ourselves and the Röki DNA into it. It's super exciting to welcome folks to the shores of Ambrosia island finally. Thank you to everyone who has played the demo, provided feedback, and dropped us a follow or wishlist. Your support has helped us get here, and for that, we are forever grateful.

[h3] STEAM DECK - READY TO GO![/h3]

Hi, Alex from Polygon Treehouse here.

I love playing games on the Steam Deck, in fact it's my go-to way of playing games on Steam. Because of this it's been really important to make sure our own game is working well on the device!



Whilst Mythwrecked is not officially Deck verified just yet, we're happy to report our own findings:-

• The game was built from the ground up with the Steam Deck as the benchmark way to play
  
• The game runs great, not breaking a sweat at 60FPS
• All text is very readable
• Steam Deck specific button icons are shown on screen for any UI

I was actually interested in Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island because it kind of feels like not a lot of games feature Greek mythology anymore. Back in the 2000s, it seemed like Zeus and his pals were everywhere until I guess Kratos killed them so hard, that he removed them from the industry—maybe with the exception of Hades…the game, not the guy.

So not only was I intrigued to see a return of these legendary characters, but in a way that didn’t involve invoking their powers for the sake of combat. Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island tries something a little different and results in an interesting little experience—albeit a bit underwhelming.
