We hope you had a great time during last weekend’s PT session! We received a lot of great feedback that will definitely give us food for thought, thank you for all your comments!

This week we continue events connected to increased rates of old STs for Wizard, Samurai, and Sorcerer. Today we will start an event in Mountain Temple and on Thursday be ready for Shatters one more time.

Last week, we also showcased some of the new animations. Tomorrow you will find packages with the Golden Shard and the Chaos Shard in the in-game Mystery Shop. But you don’t have a Jugg, a QoT or an Orb of Conflict to use those shards with?! No worries, we've got you covered! For the first time in history, we are starting a x3 event inside the realm! Starting tomorrow at 12 PM UTC your chances to get these 3 specific UTs will be tripled!



[h2]Mountain Temple Chest Challenge[/h2]

• The Event will run from 05/12 - 12:00 PM UTC until 05/16 - 12:00 PM UTC.
  
• Defeat Daichi the Fallen to spawn the Event Chest.
  
• The Event Chest will remain invincible for 15 seconds after spawning.

Hello Realmers,

It’s been awhile since we had new ST sets! Next in line: the Samurai, the Sorcerer and the Wizard. Let’s check the details on the new Daring Discoverer Samurai ST Set by Seelpit, Court Magician Sorcerer ST Set by Sturky and the Slurp Scion Wizard ST Set by TLMaelstrom! As usual, with the release of a new set of STs we increased the rates of the old ones. In the upcoming weeks, we will also be hosting events in the dungeons where the old STs drop to increase those chances even more.

Before we start with what’s to come in terms of events and give you details about the new War STory III Bonus Program, we wanted to once again let you know that there is an ongoing Public Testing session! You now have access to our Testing server where you get to experience Oryx 3 and his minions, and the new Bard class! To join PT you need to take following steps:

1. Download standalone client from https://www.realmofthemadgod.com/exalt even if you are Steam player.
2. After starting the launcher, change the environment in the top right corner to Testing.
3. If you have a testing account, log in with those credentials (production credentials are not the same as the testing one!). If you never log in to the testing server you need to create a new account the same way you create an account on production.
4. Log in with the testing account.
5. You are good to go!

We are back with another set of fixes - for both Realm Exalt (Unity) and Realm on Flash. We also want to introduce an awesome cosmetics feature our lovely design team has been working on for awhile now. We know you want to look as fierce on the battlefield as possible but we also know you want to do it in style! Introducing Animations! More on that, below.

• the nexustutorial command has been removed
  
• Added a chat and a popup message when idle for too long.
  
• Beginner Package now shows for all newly created accounts.
  
• Death summary was added to the death screen.
  
• Fixed characters dying after Nexusing and being stuck in a loop of notifications.
  
• Fixed issue with random projectile sprites not randomizing properly.
  
• Issue with dragging and dropping from and to the inventory has been fixed.

• Pet icons show in the interaction panel at all times in the Pet Yard.
  
• Promoting and demoting guild members no longer disconnects you/gives you an error.

• The display of realm population has been adjusted to the new server limit of 300.
  
• Using a dungeon's Portal of Cowardice will no longer teleport you into an empty (no heroes) Realm.
  

Note: Acquiring the new patch requires you to close the client and launcher and then download the new version. Also, if you restart the launcher, it will provide you with the new link to download.



With these new animations, you can customize a specific UT ability and shiny bright like a diamond!

• What is the animation feature? - It's a feature that allows you to add a different animation when you use your UT ability! It's in the form of a shard. Currently we have the Golden Shard and the Chaos Shard. In their tooltip, you can see what specific UTs they can be applied to.
  
• How is the shard applied to the UT ability? - You simple have to drag the shard onto the UT ability item that it can applied to. The upgraded version of the UT ability will be created. It will appear in front of your character in a white bag, so don't wait to pick it up and try it on. Careful though, once merged, the effect cannot be removed from your UT!
  
• How to tell the difference between the normal UT and the one with animation? - The name of the newly created UT will be different. For example, if you merge a Helm of the Juggernaut with a Golden Shard, the new name of your UT will be Helm of the Juggernaut - Midas.
  
• What do the current animations look like? - Well...

• Feed power on UTs and STs has been updated, as mentioned in our blog.
  
• The grace period of the Open Beta Campaign has been shortened. It will now end on the May 8th, 2020 at 11:00 UTC and not on May 10th, 2020 at 11:00 UTC.

Thanks to your reports, we have a lot of fixes prepared for this week’s release!

• “Last Online” time is now displayed correctly for different friends/guild members in the social panel and guild chronicle.
  
• A dead character's summary is now available when clicking on the character in the Graveyard.
  
• A pet’s experience now displays correctly in the skills progress bars after feeding it.
  
• Account section UI has been removed on Steam.
  
• Character select screen now shows the pots to max for HP and MP.
  
• Cloth’s textures now render properly in the login calendar UI.
  
• Consuming a new skin for other classes now does not need a client restart to show in the wardrobe immediately.
  
• Disconnection fixes.
  
• Equipping different items to replace ones from a fully equipped ST set, no longer displays the 16x16 skin.
  
• Fixed visual issue with teleportation cooldown across servers for guild members.
  
• Fungal Cavern roof (3D object) now displayed correctly and disappears when you are under it.
  
• Inventory Slots no longer glitch when you place an item in one and move away from the chest.
  
• New account creation flow was made smoother. You will now see a popup window to verify your email address before being able to log into the game.
