Hello Realmers!

Thanks to your reports, we have a lot of fixes prepared for this week’s release!

• “Last Online” time is now displayed correctly for different friends/guild members in the social panel and guild chronicle.
  
• A dead character's summary is now available when clicking on the character in the Graveyard.
  
• A pet’s experience now displays correctly in the skills progress bars after feeding it.
  
• Account section UI has been removed on Steam.
  
• Character select screen now shows the pots to max for HP and MP.
  
• Cloth’s textures now render properly in the login calendar UI.
  
• Consuming a new skin for other classes now does not need a client restart to show in the wardrobe immediately.
  
• Disconnection fixes.
  
• Equipping different items to replace ones from a fully equipped ST set, no longer displays the 16x16 skin.
  
• Fixed visual issue with teleportation cooldown across servers for guild members.
  
• Fungal Cavern roof (3D object) now displayed correctly and disappears when you are under it.
  
• Inventory Slots no longer glitch when you place an item in one and move away from the chest.
  
• New account creation flow was made smoother. You will now see a popup window to verify your email address before being able to log into the game.
  
• Only 1 quest can now be highlighted at the Tinkerer’s.
  
• Oryx 1 music track was updated.
  
• Picking up items from loot bags will no longer glitch when another loot bag is dropped near you.
  
• Problem with not showing proper stat progression has been fixed.
  
• Servers Screen now has an additional Refresh button within the screen.
  
• Social media links have been added to the launcher as a drop down tab.
  
• Suesogian’s animation when throwing boulders is now visible.
  
• Traps are now rendered in Undead Lair.
  
• Yellow dots (players) on the mini map now display correctly when mini map rotation is set to on and a player rotates the camera.
  
• You are no longer able to join a full server via the social panel.
  
• You will no longer be able to trade with other players if your inventory is full.

Lastly, we wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding some changes to the feed power values of UTs/STs in the near future. We’ve worked on rebalancing these numbers to better reflect actual item value (spoiler alert, no more Shatters UTs being less valuable than Manor items).

However, this does mean that some items will be losing FP, which we wanted to warn about in advance so everyone has an opportunity to feed such items ahead of time if they wish. We will be releasing a full and finalized list of exact changes soon, but for now we want to lay out the items receiving substantial reductions in feed power, as they are the most urgent.

Since yesterday, we want to release the first hotfix as soon as possible. Here is what has been fixed so far.

[h2]Fixes[/h2]

• Camera no longer continues to rotate on death when holding down the rotation key.
  
• Player Life and Air Bar are now visible no matter of DrawPlayerHPBar settings.
  
• Server capacity is now refreshed properly.
  
• Upon Exalt Token consumption, the points now update correctly (visibly) in the Open Beta Bonus Program.
  
• Various fixes in terms of disconnections.
  
• You can now switch to a different server when a server is down or full. This is connected to the disconnection fixes mentioned above.
  

Note: In order to download the newest version, you need to restart the launcher.

Open Beta is here Realmers!

Everyone has access and will be able to enjoy the experience. This is still Beta, so we are aware that with all the fixes that we have been rolling out for the past 3 weeks, there are still some hidden ones that are to be fixed. We have gathered a lot of reports but if you notice a bug, please report it on our official Discord and Reddit.



For more information on how to get access to Realm Exalt (downloading the client, logging in, etc.), please visit our new website. Mind that once you log in, the graphic settings will be turned low by default.

Important!

For all players that had access to the Supporter Beta, we will soon update the installer for Exalt, but all of you who downloaded the latest installer and client need to remove the builds from the “Documents -> RealmOfTheMadGod” folder before running the new launcher. After that, you can download the client anew from our website -> https://www.realmofthemadgod.com/exalt!

A reminder for our Kongregate players that our Supporter Beta phase does not work together with the Kongregate platform. That’s why we want to ask all Kongregate supporters to transfer their accounts to the browser. You can do so by submitting a ticket to our CS team.

Note: Realm Exalt Open Beta currently is not supporting 32-bit Windows.

• "Characters" tooltip no longer appears when hovering over character select UI in dungeons.
  
• Animated tiles that also blend will now be animated.
  
• Consuming an HP/MP potion with a hotkey no longer plays the potion drink sound.
  
• Disconnection issues when defeating the boss in The Nest and Katalund was fixed.
  
• Dyes are now rendered properly on all character skins.
  
• Enemy deaths are no longer delayed (Visual).
  
• FaceDir doesn't exist.
  
• Fame amount now displayed correctly for a specific character in the Character selection UI.
  
• Fame boxes will not require fame for all rolls of the box, not just the first one.
  
• Fixed many disconnection issues.
  
• Fixed visual issues with The Void portal after defeating Marble Colossus.
  
• HP/MP potions can now be stacked in the number slots when dragged into the Inventory.
  
• If you rotate your camera to a 45° angle, the environment will also rotate accordingly.
  
• Issue with Disconnections while walking through changing tiles was fixed.
  
• Issue with walls being rendered while still in the fog of war was fixed.
  
• Multiple hit sounds in big groups of players cause sound issues.
  
• Players are no longer being disconnected when trying to get into Oryx's Castle.
  
• Resetting the camera will no longer distort the game for a few frames.
  
• Stacked items are now displayed properly in quests, Mystery Box rewards etc.
  
• Stars sprites blend into other/ground tiles.
  
• Trade request window no longer appears in the UI after the sender has left the area.
  
• Wardrobe collection will now display correctly.
  
• You will no longer be able to join a full realm portal by pressing the interact button.
  
• You will no longer be able to open chat after death.
