AFTER ACTION REPORT

Well the 2nd public playtest happened, and my first time truly seeing the game played. 4 solid days with lines, so as many people as possible got to play.
I now have an accurate picture of how done the game is and... It's closer to release than I thought! (Still no date, sorry!)
A lot of fans of Demon's Tilt stopped by, A shocking amount, I was caught off guard completely and lost count. Many people knew DEMON'S TILT but had no idea XENOTILT existed, but hey that's our marketing problem. (What are those guys doing anyway!?)
Anyway, this made the show for me--It's energizing to find out what you do matters and have that feedback come full circle.
- Got my bug list for an EA release.
- The Normal Mode plays great, and as intended. Some balancing issues.
- There wasn't a fan of DT that thought XT missed the mark. huge for me.
- Crisis Mode (a new time attack mode) needs a lot more work, but I kind of don't want to delay EA release.
- Hardcore Mode will need to be more difficult.
- Tate Mode work will start.
- I will put in some tweaks that make ball 2 and 3 different to give more of an arc to a 3 Ball game.
- People picked up on the turret system fast
- Turret cont. But for new players who want to focus on flipping. I'll need to put in a safety if the board gets stuffed, they will auto-fire
- Performance needs more work, as expected. I like high refresh rate where available, there's no going back.
- The OST was recently finished, EC2151 returns for another banger. Features a special cut from our Original Sound Designer HEAVYVIPER.
- EX-MODE content was started last Nov. to give you an idea of where that's at.
That's my update for now.
