Tengot slides into your life right after the Dream Master steals your boss' credits. She is the first potential 'ally' on Onakinii Island and like all the agents of the megacorps on the second island, she is not to be trifled with.

One of the first things she will press you on is information, because like everything else on the island, knowledge has power and power can be sold like everything else.

By backing Orcis Operations, you'll not only get a very well funded patron, but a sexy one as well. So far Tengot has two scenes in the game (including one pregnant variation).

Her story is not complete yet, but I can safely say she will offer you the deal of the century before your time together is over.

Side Note

I am happy to say that Sunwave Hotel will be presented at the GWDC Contest in July. We probably won't be taking home any awards because there are already some truly amazing pieces posted there. But I'm still excited because it just means more people will catch a glimpse of the game and will help build the audience that little bit more.

Animated and Voiced Preview

It's amazing how things suddenly kind of just click when you have animation+sounds. It takes an amazing scene and makes it incredible.

We started testing out some animation in April, and now it's starting to look like something we can work on each month. It would be amazing to have animated scenes for the scenes including Kuhno and main girls.

Will see how it goes.

Meet Semni

Semni comes to Lowoswah Island (the first island) by way of a tragic mistake. With no immediate way to fix the errors of her past, she focuses on her future, making her a potent agent for justice when she comes across you and Kuhno.

While her dogged mentality is an early obstacle for you to overcome, being the slick outlaw that you are, there is potential for you to learn more about the sexy beach warden as your adventure continues.

Semni is certainly a strong proponent of law and order, but she might have a few areas where she is willing to bend the rules if you prove to be the lesser of two evils.

That said, Semni still stands on the other side of the game, so be sure to stay frosty around her.

Update Notes

The March Update went well, and now the game is sitting on 57 scenes. Of even greater news is that one of our talented artists has started working on animating scenes. The first test is a new scene with Xera, a sexy racer. If all goes well, we will likely be getting 1-2 scenes animated a month.

Meet Adoka

Adoka is a Mephalin (squidperson), one of the first faces you come across after arriving on the island chain. She runs the Blue Lagoon Bar and knows how to make a mean Mai Tai and many other specialty drinks. Be sure to check in with her often to help with quests but watch out that you keep work talk to a minimum.

Adoka is a free-spirited kind of gal and believes that conflicts can always be solved with a good drink and a chat. She’s never a fan of fighting or chaos unless the chaos is of the kinky variety.

When she’s not tending bar, you can sometimes find her working on her tan down by the beach.

Progress Report

It's been a while since I talked about the game here. I need to get better about that. Good news first, we have broken well over 50 scenes in the game, each with unique art and writing. The story is coming along smoothly and we have now made it to the end of Island 2. That means that the road to Island 3 (the final planned) island is open.

I'm working on the story for that pretty much each day, but the first priority is finishing up some content for side characters. First on the list is Alexis, the researcher. I always planned to go back and add more to her story, and it's finally time for me to do that.

I am firm in my belief that the game will be at least in Early Access or completed before the end of 2023. As I noted, Island 3 is the last planned island. It will bring the story to an end, but if we want to, we can totally expend the endgame content with more sidequests and companion-based events.

That is about it. As you might have guessed, we have now hit 3500 Wishlisters, which is truly awesome to think about. I remember just how excited I got when we reached 1000, so this was great news when I saw it last week. Thanks to all of you who have added it, and I hope to make more posts like this as 2023 continues.

Vynore is a rebel without a cause. Well she's not even a rebel, unless you count rebels against working. Always up for taking a load off, this sexy Yokaru is constantly between jobs and looking for her next big break.

In Vynore's mind, there is nothing wrong with finding a good friend who will take care of all your needs, including those financial and physical. She's more than happy to leave the heavy lifting to Yokaru like her sister. If you asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up, she'd probably reply with one word.

Comfortable.

Will you lend her a hand and give her a roof over her head? Or will you stay clear of her talent for mooching?
