The Dawn of the Reapers team are hosting an event on their server. Dawn of the Reapers is a total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire adding Mass Effect inspired ships and factions to the game with original art and sound design.

Ironclad and Stardock have posted up a hotfix to Steam which should fix the following bug:

• Fixed Smuggling (income) and Corruption (loss of income) from not always being applied correctly.
  

Note: If you get a checksum or exe error in multiplayer, it's probably because one of the players hasn't updated their game yet. To fix, exit Sins, have Steam update the game and restart. :)

We are playing the latest update to the excellent Star Wars mod Thrawn’s Revenge II: Ascendancy. A total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion which adds Star Wars themed factions, units, music and more to the game.

Our hope is to have enough players involved to create a team player vs player game. If we are lacking players or depending on preference, we may end up doing a comp stomp instead. The game will be hosted on the official Sins of a Solar Empire Discord channel linked below and will be streamed.

If you are going to attend, please make sure you download the mod from the link above and make sure it is running before the event starts.

Voice and text chat will be provided by the Sins discord server.
