Temporarily available: Lewis gun squad

On October 12, 1858, Isaac Newton Lewis, the designer of the machine gun with the same name, was born in New Salem, USA.

The Lewis machine gun did not easily gain worldwide recognition - manufacturers in the USA were not interested in it at first, but in Europe Belgian businessmen took notice of the design and as a result, the production of the weapon was organized in England. Subsequently, the widespread use of the Lewis machine gun by the Entente powers in aviation and infantry made it one of the symbols of trench warfare and the entire First World War.

From October 15th (13:00 UTC) to October 18th (13:00 UTC), a unique premium squad with the Lewis gun for the USSR will temporarily return to the shop for Gold!

The Lewis gun was particularly popular in the Russian Empire. By the end of World War I, over 10,000 of these machine guns had been purchased - which was a substantial number for this weapon type. A significant portion of them survived the Russian Civil War, making the USSR one of the primary users of the Lewis gun during World War II. In the early stages of the war, these guns were used by the People's Militia, but they also often found their way into the hands of regular troops.

In Enlisted, players can command a squad of Soviet marines wearing distinctive black overcoats and armed with Lewis guns. The engineer of the squad not only wields a machine gun, but also has access to a wide range of buildable structures, including anti-aircraft, anti-tank and heavy machine guns!

Update 0.6.2.66

This patch notes also cover the notable fixes that we released in the past few days:
 • Fixed a collision issue with some bushes that prevented bullets from passing through them.
 • Fixed an issue with the German Mauser C96 and FN Model 1930, which were sent to the wrong army's inventory when purchased.
 • Fixed a bug that allowed changing the heads of unique soldiers. The purchased heads on them were removed and returned to the player’s inventory.
 • Fixed the missing head customization of German soldiers in Berlin.
 • Added an additional pants option for the Ramcke Parachute Brigade in Tunisia.
 • Fixed a bug where the squad member’s number was not displayed above the placed marker if the other player didn’t have a soldier selected at that moment.
 • Increased the segment limit for building battle areas from 200 to 1000 in missions and custom matches. Previously, exceeding the 200 segment limit caused an error.
 • Corrected the name of the last available squad or vehicle in the Silver Chest’s description.

Silver Chest "Rocket Hail"

The long-awaited "Veteran's Box" mechanic, which we mentioned in our roadmap, is now available in Enlisted! The chest can be found in the Special offers tab of the Shop and contains rewards from past events and symbolic bonuses in the form of Silver and boosters. This will allow you to get your hands on unique collectibles that you might have missed over the years since our game's existence.

The "Rocket Hail" chest is available for purchase from October 10th to November 4th. After this period, the chest will be removed from the store, but will return at a later date.

Every time you open the chest, you have a chance to get one of the rare event squads equipped with the MP 40 silenced, Vickers Mk.I No 2 machine gun or AT-44 assault rifle, or other unique weapons that you might have seen in battles but couldn't obtain.

The list of valuable rewards also includes unique event weapons - everyone's favorite melee weapons, automatic pistols, AN/M2 Stinger machine guns, Luftfaust B multi-barreled rocket launchers and other rare rewards.

We haven't forgotten about unique soldiers and vehicles either - get the legendary machine gunner Pavel Likhanov or the P-47D-22-RE Razorback with M8 rockets!

Please note: You will not receive duplicate squads, vehicles, unique soldiers, nickname decorators or portraits! However, there is no limit on how many event weapons you can get.

Good luck, commanders!

Reinforcements received: La Résistance

In the "Reinforcements received" events, you’ll upgrade your army with unique and well-armed squads, rare weapons, vehicles and always-useful items. Main rewards will help you unlock content that normally takes more time to reach in a regular lineup.

This time, the French Resistance will join your army, who have repeatedly distinguished themselves with their tactical ingenuity and combat prowess!

From October 10th (13:00 UTC) to October 24th (13:00 UTC), get battle score in battles and move up the rewards ladder! You have two days to complete each task! Please note that the purchase phase is shorter after this event.

Rewards

You'll get rewards during the whole event, and the further you progress through it, the more valuable they'll become. You can easily skip a few tasks and still get the main rewards!

The main reward

As you complete stages, you will receive a unique squad of French guerrillas for your army!
French Resistance squad "Secret Army"
These soldiers have chosen an unusual approach to warfare. They are specialized in intelligence and sabotage, operating behind enemy lines. The Resistance has long awaited the arrival of the Allied forces to fight side by side against the invaders!

They are armed with the Meunier A6 - the first French semi-automatic rifle. It was adopted back in 1910, but production was hindered by World War I - only about 1,000 were manufactured. This rifle has a fixed 15-round magazine, decent damage and a convenient open sight.

The squad consists of 5 "Guerrilla" class soldiers. They can enter most of the enemy’s battle area without the risk of dying from the timer and have the option to carry 5 TNT charges. Furthermore, the weapons they take from fallen soldiers come with full ammunition.

Terms
 • Tasks are updated every two days at 13:00 UTC, and the scoring starts again. Be sure to collect your reward before then, if you have managed to accumulate the required number of battle points, otherwise the task will not count.
 • The task can be completed in the Squads mode.
 • From October 24th (13:00 UTC) to October 25th (13:00 UTC), after the end of the event, you will have the opportunity to purchase any missing rewards for Gold.
