Trial by Combat

Forget everything you learned at the academy - in this war, whoever hits the enemy first wins! Grab your polished rifles (have you named yours yet?) and head straight to the battlefield!

Every soldier contributes to victory, regardless of specialization - be it an engineer building strategic structures, a radio operator calling in air support, or a simple rifleman whose single shot can also change the course of history.

From July 29th (13:00 UTC) to August 4th (13:00 UTC), you can get rewards for completing tasks.

For completing 6 out of the 9 tasks, you will receive an order that you can use to buy a unique pistol of your choice, and for 8 completed tasks, a unique captured PPSh, converted to use 9mm Parabellum, the MP-41(r) submachine gun!

 • Kill 50 enemies using a machine gun.

Making Enlisted a Better Place №66

Each issue of our series focuses on a certain aspect of the game or a particular mechanic, in which we correct smaller, but noticeable bugs and add new interesting features.

"Conquest" mode improvements

On our roadmap, we mentioned that we will work on increasing your earnings in "Conquest" mode.

We've made several changes that combined have resulted in an increase in the length of battles. Therefore, "Conquest" mode has become less fast-paced, and its average battle time is now closer to modes like "Invasion" and "Confrontation". Try out the updated "Conquest" mode and let us know what you think - we need your feedback!

Improving the Research UI

Multiple improvements have been made to the UI of the Research tab. We tried to make the process of unlocking the next piece of equipment more understandable.

If you've completed your currently selected research in battle and switch to the upgrade tree, we'll use animations to draw your attention to the weapon or vehicle you've just unlocked.

Then you'll have the option to purchase the newly unlocked equipment in a new window, as well as choose what to research next. If you don't pick anything, the game will automatically select one for you.

Tank camouflage fixes

We continue to improve the customization system of tanks: this time, we have removed from the list of purchasable camouflages those that were duplicates of the default ones (mainly for German tanks).

Also fixed multiple issues where the applied camouflage would overlap with the original one and act like a "second layer" on a number of Soviet tanks, like the T-50 or the BA-11 armored car.

Other changes
 • Fixed the incorrect magazine capacity of Winchester G30R: magazine capacity increased from 10 to 20 rounds, base number of magazines reduced from 5 to 3.
 • Fixed an issue that made it impossible for some players to purchase levels for the Radio Operator II squad (167th Infantry Regiment) of the USA.
 • Added a "Purchase" button to the UI when inspecting upgraded weapons in the inventory. Please note: you will still only purchase weapons without upgrades.
 • Fixed a bug that caused the destruction of objects not to be shown in the replay.
 • The "Supply Crate Drop" upgrade is now unlocked by default for all Premium Radio Operator squads, including older ones.
 • Improved the off-road capability of the German Panzer IV/70(A) and Panzer IV/70(V) in Normandy.
 • Fixed the class specific perk of the Mortarman class, which didn't properly increase mortar ammo capacity when not fully upgraded.
 • Corrected the description of one of the reward boxes in the daily login window.
 • Fixed the detailed summary of experience distribution among squads on the battle results screen.
 • Removed the unnecessary tooltip about using the paratrooper crate.
 • Added the headgear to the killer’s outline in the killcam.
 • Fixed a bug where the experience bar for some soldiers extended beyond the interface boundaries.
 • Fixed a rare bug where changing the Personnel upgrade from "Backpack Slot" to "Additional Weapon Slot" didn't unlock the weapon slot for soldiers of the corresponding class properly, while the backpack slot didn't become locked either until client restart.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK!

Lots of exciting game mechanics have been realized or improved thanks to your ideas. We are watching our communities, other Enlisted sites and regularly check the forum for your feedback and reports.

So share, suggest, and report!

Update 0.5.8.60

 • For new players on consoles (including Steam Deck™), the "Large font" option is now set to On by default.
 • Fixed various instances of overlapping text when using the "Large font" option.
 • Changed the location of the vehicle damage model indicator - it is now located next to the minimap.

(Sent back for revision) Silver economy improvements
Commanders! We heard you: we collected a lot of opinions and feedback on these upcoming changes. We have a lot to think about. This dev blog is undergoing revision and will be re-released along with a description of the extra changes for casual players and newcomers.

In the recently published news about our plans, we announced numerous important changes. Among them were those aimed at improving the in-game economy. Today, we'll tell you more about the upcoming changes!

Silver for Battle Hero awards

We won't overlook the rewards for commanders who have particularly distinguished themselves in battle either! The best engineers, tankers, pilots, and specialists are recognized with a special badge on the battle results screen. Currently, these awards already provide an experience bonus, 1.2x for one and up to 1.5x for multiple awards, for that battle. But now, they will also give Silver as well!

For each such badge, a distinguished commander will receive a bonus of 100 silver, up to 500 silver for five Battle Hero awards. This should significantly increase the earnings of the most active and experienced players.

Bonus for using "Join any team"

After evaluating your feedback about the economic improvements, we have adjusted our priorities: we are ready to introduce the bonus for using the "Join any team" system in the near future.

What is this bonus? It's simple: by checking the "Join any team" checkbox and entering the battle with a random country, you will receive 20% more Silver and experience at the end of the battle. You will not receive this bonus if you leave the battle before it ends, as well as in the next battle after desertion.

In the future, we may increase this bonus as a temporary event if the game needs more random players.

Research Point Conversion

Even after reaching the top and unlocking all possible weapons, vehicles and squads, you continue to earn Research points in battles that you can’t spend anywhere. To ensure that your efforts don’t become a "dead weight" on your account, we've decided on ways to make them useful and reward dedicated commanders: we’ll convert excess Research points into Silver.

Freely allocatable Research points won't disappear. You'll still be able to accumulate up to 25,000 points on your account per country, and only the excess experience will be converted into Silver at a rate of 1 Silver per 100 Research points. This can increase your Silver earnings in battles by 10%!

If you are actively researching something, new and previously accumulated experience will be invested in it first, and only after that will the remaining Research points exceeding the 25,000 limit be converted to Silver.

Update 0.5.8.56

 • Players who chose not to link their accounts when they started the game can now reopen the linking window through the main menu of the game.
 • Players whose Steam accounts are linked to a Gaijin.Net account created on console will now be able to link another Gaijin.Net account when starting the game.
 • Fixed inaccuracies in the description of the account linking interface.
