Written by Tommaso Bonanni (also the game’s Creative Director) and illustrated by the talented mangaka Alfredo Postiglione, Star Overdrive - Beyond the Stars is a must-read for fans looking to go deeper into the game's history.

"We grow up in the 90' so Anime-Manga if for sure one on the source of inspiration, directly of indirectly. The very first concept of Star Overdrive was bord after I saw Eureka 7, incredible anime for visual and style, and they got Hoverboards ofc. You can see a lot of that in Star overdrive, but major part of the world design is inspired by the work of Rofer Dean and Chriss Foss, incredible illustrators from the last century."
