New demo released tomorrow

Hello everyone!

It's been a long time, but here it is, the new KAKUDO demo will be released this Saturday, December 31st 2022 at 10 am UTC.

It's a very big update, the whole UI part has been reworked, Tamashï (the character of the game) has been fully optimized, a list of bugs has been fixed too, and let's not forget... Ray Tracing and Nvidia DLSS are now available!

The cinematics are not yet added because they are still in progress.

I hope you will enjoy this new version!

KAKUDO Demo 1.0.7 - Patch notes

Hello everyone. The patch 1.0.7 for the KAKUDO demo is now avalaible!

It took a little more time than expected as I rewrote most of the game's UI to simplify the code and avoid unnecessary things.

At the same time, I optimized the loading one more time and reduced the size of the game.

Of course, I corrected a few bugs and took the time to improve a few things.

I got one last thing... Nvidia DLSS is now available. You can find the parameters under the "display" section.

KAKUDO Demo 1.0.5 - Patch notes

A new patch for KAKUDO Demo is available:

  • Haikus are displayed correctly in the end screen of the story levels.
  • Added an animation in level 5 (story mode).
  • Pop-up that informs the player about the unlocking of additional game modes after completing level 5.
  • Elimination of ocean flicker (in-house tests no longer produce it).
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the player from returning to the end screen of the story mode after selecting the return to main menu option.
  • Improved display of remaining time in time attack mode end screen.

  • Another fix for the ocean flicker when the player returns to the edge of the screen too quickly
