Now, you don't need to have beta version. Just change it to 'none'ːthebuilderː(for those who played the beta - if you played the game on default, you don't have to do anything, just update the game - if the update doesn't jump in, do a steam relog)



We have fixed one more bug since the beta - after crossing and clearing the snow on this road and getting to the top of the mountain, when you fell off it, such an object would appear despite having cleared the snow beforehand. This will no longer happen!

❗️Remember - Snow Plowing is still in Early Access. Gameplay errors can happen! Therefore, we look forward to your feedback. Most bugs are being fixed thanks to your reports❗️

[h2]We have suprise for You - today we're moving Snow Plowing Simulator to OPEN BETA❗️🎯[/h2]


You don't need to ask us for extrabeta anymore - everyone have access to BETA now😀 So how to turn on your beta?🏗️

[h3]1. go to your game library on Steam.
2. right click on Snow Plowing Simulator and select Properties

3. go to the Betas tab.
4. Select beta - changing from ‘none’ to ‘beta - public beta’

5. great, you've successfully loaded the beta✅. wait for the game to update and you can play! (if the game does not start to update itself, do a Steam relog) ːthebuilderː

Remember - is still a beta. Please contact us right away when you find a bug!

[h2]But let's get to the changes already! So what's new🕵[/h2]
- New bigger snowblower!

- optimisation improvements
Now You can change more options, to improve FPS:

Still if you have fps drops, we encourage you to put shadows in main options to low

Of course we will improve it in the future;
- New way of saving the game - from now on there should be no situation where an NPC doesn't show up or some place is out of the snow;
- The bug with the inability to clear snow from the Playground has been fixed;
- Fixed bug with hitting a fence and creating an un-snow ‘strip’

- Now roads needed for snow plowing is now highlighted in green on the map

- bug with payment fixed

- Adding physics to incoming tools - no more flying up in the air;
- Fixed a bug with the display of the tools menu in the main menu;

We are already working on further updates. In nearly future we want to improve optimisation more by repairing stuttering. We want add new contents also - If all goes well with the beta, we'll upload it to build general soon - and then we'll add some cool stuff tooːsteamhappyː

There is currently a bug with the playground on the general version - you may find that this level cannot be snowed. At the moment we can't upload the fix to the official build, due to linking it to our new planned update - a change to the save system☃️

For weeks, our developer has been working on improving the save system - there were sometimes situations where some NPCs would disappear (e.g. the bussinesman, the cemetery woman) or there were some problems with snow - like just on the playground. On the extrabeta version - this is fixed!

A new machine is added on the extrabeta version:
(it unlocks after completing the 7th task, whoever did it earlier will already have the Snow Blower available in the shop)[/h3]

However, there is one important thing. Due to changes in the save system there may be problems with your earlier saves. That is why we do not want to change the version to the regular beta, and even more so to the official version. Therefore, we would like to ask you - does anyone voluntarily want to help us test it? We are here to help you all the time, if there are any problems, we will discuss them right away. We would also like to hear from you if you report any issues so that we can rectify them as and when they arise. It is also important that you make a copy of your save, but I will explain this later.🏂

There is still one bug with snow clearing after hitting a fence with a tools, but we are going to fix that in the near future. Thanks for reports!

I informed you recently that we have uploaded a fixed wearable bug to the beta version:[/h3]

[h3]Currently the version has been moved to the general branch, so you can go back to ‘none’ in Properties again. If you have been playing on the general branch so far, you don't have to do anything, the game should update itself :) (if it didn't, just do a Steam relog).
In addition to the fixed wear bug (which you will read more about in the post above), you can also set tool wear to your own preferences:
