Ship Update v0.3.0

[h3]Changes[/h3]
  • NEW MAP: S.S. Morgana and its unique Ritual Circle mechanic
  • NEW DIFFICULTY: Unknown Difficulty
  • Players now teleport to the Ritual Circle on successful exorcism.
  • Character select now has voice chat working in it.
  • The Exorcism Manual now in the lobby shows information about each character's abilities only.
  • You can now punch the vending machine if items are stuck :punch: (interact with it anywhere)
  • Default loadout is now removable
  • Ghost hunt warning time now scales with difficulty
  • Added it as an option to mute sounds when tabbed out instead of always being on.

  • Nyx Ability show properly on spectators
  • Eirene cards now go back to previously held item after use
  • Fixed double voice bug // Muting not fully muting other players in the lobby for host
  • Fixed Mimic to finally show in solo games
  • Some Stalker potential fixes
  • Fixed bug with shadow leaving a light shrouded forever after a hunt
  • Fixed Magnifier bugging out when two players scan the same object.
  • Fixed players able to see their dead bodies lit up when spectating
  • Fixed the chair dragging ghost event and re-enabled it.
  • Some changes to the Miasma VFX to reduce dizziness (some changes for the darkness effect coming)

  • Alternative insanity effect for being the dark option to help with dizziness.

Stability Patch v0.2.5

[h3]Changes[/h3]
  • Added new Luther animation
  • New players now get 100$ starting money on finishing the tutorial
  • Hoarder can now yoink your ability to end it.
  • Loadout now cannot be moved out of the Trunk (This was to fix a bug, we'll allow it in the future)
  • Every player who dies now gets a revival doll spawned somewhere in the house on death reliably
  • The Exorcism Manual now in the lobby shows information about abilities and in house items such as revival dolls and gasoline
  • You can now punch the vending machine if items are stuck :punch: (interact with it anywhere)
  • Grabber now does not spawn when solo
  • Nyx can now see Revival Dolls as blue
  • Added option for audio output device to help fix issues with custom setups
  • Added a warning message on Tuesday for Steam's maintenance (usually around 12 AM GMT+3)
  • Cupcake can now hold sun card for player
  • Ingame sessions now show as ingame and grayed out. Joinable sessions show at the top
  • FPS capped to 60 in main menu now for better performance
  • Balanced Nightmare difficulty to be more difficult
  • Minighosts and electricity now stop when end game screen shows to avoid failing challenges at last minute
  • Sun card now works off-hand (phone next)
  • Scannable items now change places in lower player counts and difficulties. (Still working on this for higher difficulties)

Mimic Update

[h3]Changes[/h3]
  • Added new minighost: Mimic
  • Added new unlockable tool: EMF
  • Added new unlockable tool: Phone
  • Added tools you can find in the house Gasoline to fill generator, and Hex Doll to revive dead players
  • Vending machine now shows locked items on the left behind fences and darkened out. It also shows their locked cursed currency prices
  • Vending machine prices are now correctly in € instead of $ (Hilarious)
  • Ritual Circle now burns any cursed items in the circle automatically in a row
  • Tools are now only lost if you die in game and not if you lose the game
  • Red and Blue glowsticks emit clearer colors now
  • Duration of minighosts' lifetime now scales with the difficulty
  • Lowered mannequin collision and duration
  • Nerfed shuffle item chance to be quite rare. Now only common if stockpiling cursed items
  • Removed charms from loadout
  • Decreased charm price from 100 -> 80
  • Vending machine art overhaul and dark mode switch (you can find it on the left side)
  • Locked the starting tools loadout in the lobby's trunk
  • Ghosts are now a little harder to run away from if you don't hide fast enough
  • Reworked flashlight to not need battery and be much stronger.

  • Removed the floating shadows of all inhand tools and items
  • Fixed mannequin moving even when being looked at if the player is too close
  • Fixed shadow exploit where you can turn on light back and forth to make it stuck
  • Fixed shadow shrouding a light forever if it kills a player
  • Fixed the death penalty not applying to the last player dying if they're not the host
  • Fixed some missing textures in lobby and map
  • Fixed the hanged man teleporting players inside all walls completely.
  • Fixed blue/red glowsticks coming out of the vending machine looking green
  • Fixed survive a haunt never progressing
  • Fixed the generator challenge being completed even if you lost

  • Fixed permanent death screen when someone dies while spectating
  • Fixed death screen appearing for spectators when the one who died isnt the spectated player.

  • Items do not refund their price if you leave them in lobby and quit game or enter game

Patch v0.1.3

  • Added locked lobbies that require passwords
  • Kick feature in lobbies
  • Glowstick lowers intensity gradually with duration

  • There are now less items in the map if you're playing with less than 4 players
